From the moment you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by warm, contemporary design and spacious open-concept living. The main floor features a light-filled living room with plush seating for the whole family, an electric fireplace, and a large TV—perfect for cozy nights after a day on the slopes. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast island for casual dining. You'll find extra kitchen gadgets conveniently stored in the cabinets under the breakfast bar. A formal dining table for eight creates an ideal gathering space for memorable meals. Enjoy effortless comfort with automated blinds throughout much of the home—control natural light and privacy with a simple remote.

Sliding doors open onto a balcony deck complete with a gas grill, outdoor dining, and lounge seating with sweeping mountain views. This is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The primary suite is also located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a large TV, and direct access to the deck. The last bedroom features a plush queen bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower; this room also leads directly onto the lower-level porch.

Guests will love the media room, complete with a large TV, spacious seating for 7–8 on the sectional sofa, and a pull-out section with under-cushion storage for linens, making it both comfortable and practical.
