The condominium prohibits lighting a fire throughout the year in order to comply with municipal decrees.

It is forbidden to smoke even inside the house, to organize parties or to bring unauthorized animals,

Calm must be respected between 22:00 and 08:00, without making too much noise during the day to respect the life of the occupants of the Domain
