It is 20 square meters and can accommodate up to 2 people.

You can only love its location close to all amenities. It comprises :

- a sleeping area with a double bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen ;
- a shower room.

You'll particularly appreciate its location, in the heart of the pedestrian and shopping street, where you'll enjoy a real immersion in the heart of Chamonix life thanks to the hyper-centre location: restaurants, shops, bars, museum, tourist office, guide company, activities and access to the Brevent-Flégère ski area just a 10-minute walk away (a nice climb to warm up). The breathtaking view of Mont Blanc from the foot of the flat will leave you with many fond memories.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hairdryer, Heating, Coffee machine, laptop_friendly_workspace, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.

Chamonix train station is a 5-10 minute walk away, as is the bus station!

The ‘O'shop/Ekosport’ ski hire shop is a 10 minute walk away, on Place Edmond Desailloud, and offers a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the flat. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

You will have a free travel card for the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine and reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each passenger.

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix, is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix, is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
