The place was cozy and clean. It was perfect for a small family vacation. It is so close by the beach. Full kitchen with washer and dryer which was nice and convenient. I would stay here again.

Great location

Great location and we loved the place! There were a few downsides however; beds had very thin sheets as blankets, silverware was dirty/rusted, back door handle was loose ( a security pole was used to keep it fully shut), not enough trash bags for our stay (2), some outlets did not work, and wish there were some cleaning products so we could wipe down kitchen after using. Other than those we loved the patio, how close it was to beach and other places, and would book again!

Good stay

Only dislike is there were no extra blankets and absolutely zero bedding for the fold out couch that my kids wanted to camp out on, and when we folded it out it was covered in sand. Plenty of pillows just no sheets or blankets for fold out couch. Good location just a few steps to the beach. People above us were super loud but that’s not the property owners fault. Said property was prohibited from smoking but sitting on the patio it reeked of marijuana.

Easy beach access but otherwise just ok.

Access to the beach was easy and it is a great beach. The condo was just ok at beast and really needs updating and could have been cleaner upon arrival.

Not quite

Pros: Great location, decent beds, patio and ice maker. Cons: No working internet for entire stay, no working ceiling fan in master, several outlets don’t work, must bring own dish soap, blankets, paper products, detergent, dishwasher detergent - lots of items that are usually provided. Couch bed mattress was soiled from previous guest and left wet/ dirty and unusable so we had to make other sleeping arrangements since we had a kid supposed to sleep there, We covered the couch to even sit on it. Rest of place seemed clean. Definitely a miss by the crew. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Girls getaway

We took a girls trip-my mom, my daughter and me. Everything was clean and easy to use/access. Comfy beds, cold A/C, plenty of towels and paper goods. Our favorite part was the quick and easy walk to the beach…I’d say about 5 minutes. We could see and hear the ocean from our balcony too.

Great location

The location couldn’t have been any better. Less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Public beach access wasn’t close to use so we basically had the beach to ourselves and that was wonderful! This location needs deep cleaned and some TLC. I’d stay here again but their cleaning staff needs to do a better job. Dirty sheets, dirty handprints on the doors, the doors themselves were filthy. Just need a good wipe down. Overall I would stay here again.

Great locations and space!

We really enjoyed the space it was the perfect size for our group. Close to the beach and comfortable and cute! There was an attention to certain details that made us feel secure in the cleanliness like a fresh roll of toilet paper, packaged amenities, etc. We did have issues with the wifi so take that into consideration when booking. Also, there were not enough linens in the space. We all wished we had packed towels and blankets because the condo was lacking in this one area. All together I would absolutely book again.

Orange Beach Stay

We had difficulty finding it as there are no street signs; only the lights are numbered. There was also construction on the 2 main roads (in and out). There was quite a bit of wear and tear----furniture had holes, a couple of towels were stained, the sprayer on the kitchen sink leaked water and faucet in bath was corroded away. Have to take public beach access to get to the beach and it was not clearly marked from the condo. Glad there were ceiling fans.

Disappointed

Photos show much better than actual property which was probably constructed circa 1980. Has been updated cosmetically but still evidence of much older fixtures, dirt, etc. woukd not recommend.

Great condo for the price

Location was great. Condo needs some TLC. Check in was a disaster. The code didn’t work and we spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get one that worked. Condo was clean but had some things that didn’t work properly. Overall not a bad stay for the money.

Good location close to the beach

TV in the main room did not connect to regular cable channels so we could not watch the news or local channels. The room was freezing when we got there. AC was set to 50 degrees. It took the whole night into the next morning to warm up to 70 degrees. Furniture in the main room had some stains.

Tournament Stay

Stayed Friday-Sunday in November for a tournament. Property is in a good location but hard to find the first time. Tucked away with only one entrance and no signage. Cabinets felt sticky to the touch, floors looked and felt grimy, furniture and other parts were visibly worn if not broken, TV didnt work properly (3 remotes and none worked-- all had batteries), and internet information was incorrect. There was a visible crack/scratch on the TV screen, holes in the sofa, and parts of the master bed were visibly glued together. The towel racks in both bathrooms were still coming off the walls because of the drywall being broken. Bed is worn out-- big dip in the middle. The images in the posting do not reflect the current condition. Many of the issues were mentioned in reviews from over a year ago.

Cleanliness and amenities

Location was great. However the elevator didn't work. The listing said there was an inside pool and we never found that. The cleaning crew hits the high points but doesn't clean anything else. Furniture was dusty. The bathroom cabinets had dried toothpaste on the doors. The kitchen counters were not wiped off very well. The sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close.

Close to beach

Roomy. Beds were comfy. Short walk to beach. Condo should have been cleaner inside. Vents dirty. Woodworking dusty. Missing towel holder in middle bathroom. Bowl under sink in master bedroom filled with dirty water. All easy fixes.
