This property provided home base for our stay in Montreal. It met our basic needs and was walking distance to food/shopping and the Bell Centre. It could use a deep cleaning and a splash of paint, but overall it served us (8 adults) well.

Had a great time at the property

We loved the 2 parking spots and the 3 floors. Lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for a visit to Montreal. Nice location too very close to everything. Host was very helpful with our wifi questions. Will def come back here and recommend to others

Good stay

Property was fine and located close to where we wanted to be. Paris was a communicative host and was kind enough to allow us to check in a but early based on our train arrival time. Nicely decorated and stocked but could be tidier and better maintained.

Property fit 6 of us no problem! Was worried about noise complaints after 10pm, but we were out very late keeping busy on Catherine street, and partied quietly when we got back! Great hostess and seamless check-in and check-out.

Great house located in the middle of everything. Walking distance and quick Uber rides to coffee shops, restaurants and activities. Easy and quick communication with our host Paris. Comfortably accommodates at least 9 people! I recommend 10/10.

Inaccurate listing, filthy accommodation

A few things stopping this place from being a great location. 1. The place was filthy, had clearly not been cleaned for months. One of the pull out futons was covered in mouse droppings, when bought it up to the host they claimed they were seeds from people eating on the futon...That futon is verging on a health hazard and should be thrown out, not the cover up job they were doing when we checked out. 2. The smart lock didn't work well and the access code didn't work all the time, only the app. If you have 11 guests you need the code to work so the one person with app access doesn't need to be there. At least when we had issues they were able to rectify it. 3. The listing's number of beds is inaccurate. You'll see on the room description it lists 2 beds per room, this is not the case. Every other listing shows the number of beds per room, they show the total people sleeping per room. This is misleading and should be updated. Seemed like it was being cleaned when we left so hopefully itll be cleaner for the next people.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations; it was an uncommon instance, and we’ll do better in the future. We wish you could have communicated these concerns during your stay without surprising us with a review. We have been in this business for almost five years, and we have worked with different platforms like Airbnb, Booking .com, CanadaStays, etc., never had this issue; everything is the same as shown in listing. You indicated that the smart lock didn't work well and that is the reason for your dissatisfaction. However, we sent you instructions on how to use it. If you still had difficulty, you should have informed us. We could have sent a YouTube instruction. If at that point it was too difficult then the next step that we would have taken would be to meet you in person and show you how it works. Regarding the cleaning issue, I have a cleaning team that comes and cleans after each check out. I wish you would have informed us and sent pictures. I would have sent a cleaning team to come to the location and take care of the matter but unfortunately this was never communicated. You indicated that the total of beds in the home did not match the listings description. Everything you see in the pictures and listing description is the same as you see in the house. Maybe there was a misunderstanding! Your concern about mouse droppings freaked us out. After you left, we called an exterminator to search the home thoroughly and there was nothing, not even signs of holes in the wall. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Best,

Girls trip

I went for a trip with friends in Late July. The apartment was cute and the host was very responsive to all of our questions. Our biggest note would be that the balcony is off limits to the guests. I believe the host should not add images of the balcony to the house listing if we aren’t allowed to use it. We had packed bathing suits for sunbathing and were disappointed to learn we couldn’t do this in the rental. The air conditioners did not work very well. However, I think we may have visited the one week of the year that Canada gets very hot. This is likely not a problem for most of the year as you wouldn’t need them. Overall the place was clean and convenient. We enjoyed our stay in Montreal.

Don’t hesitate to book. Amazing!

The perfect stay for a large group in Montreal! Fantastic location, much space, and a beautiful, spotlessly clean house. Two parking spots in the backyard were a big plus for our stay. Bed sheets and towels were nicely clean (my biggest concern in any place I want to stay in). Everything was the same as it showed on the listing, even better: Easy self-check-in with the app and the entry code. We had a great stay, and Paris was a super kind host, it was easy to communicate with her, and she responded quickly to our queries at any time of the day. We definitely recommend this place. Will book again.
