Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nazaire, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
