Great beach property

Our family had a nice relaxing time on Anna Maria Island. The pool was the perfect size to relax and play with our kids, and the beach was about a 2 minute walk across the street!

Spring Break

Pool is awesome and location is great. Very clean and management company responsive. Bedrooms are a little weird in that they are in a line and you need to walk through each bedroom to get to the next. But other than that the house was great.

Had a blast!

My family had a great time at the house! It is only about a half block to the beach and the chairs and wagon make for a fun beach day! And when you are done at the beach come back and enjoy the awesome pool! The only thing we found as a minor problem was the trash was not picked up and actually had to call to get the garbage picked up. And when the pool people came to clean the pool they seemed to clean just what could be seen from outside the fence, the whirlpool was dirty the whole time and some leaves and debris towards the back of the pool. It wasn’t a huge deal just figured if you are paying someone to clean the pool they should be cleaning the whole pool. Other than that it was a great vacation and can’t wait to come back to AMI again for the 6th year!

We are so sorry that you experienced issues with the trash not being picked up. When we called there was no good explanation - but good it got picked up right away. You definitely did the right thing contacting us ASAP so we could help. Don't hesitate to call if something like the pool issue happens while you are our guest. We don't see a work order for the pool and we could have gotten the pool techs out again easily. We would love to welcome you again! We recently stayed at this home in Holmes Beach with our family of four. Overall, the house was adequate and served our needs well. The location is a major highlight—it's an easy walk to the beach, so there's no need to drive a car or golf cart. The house provided a wagon, cooler, and some basic beach gear, which made trips to the beach convenient. There are not shops or restaurants within walking distance, but an easy drive to these as well as a Publix on the island. I also had a Wal-Mart delivery made to the house the morning after our arrival. One thing to note is that the layout seems best suited for a single family. Upon arrival, I was a bit surprised by the amount of wear and tear throughout the property. Everything functioned properly during our stay, but the home could benefit from some general TLC and paint updates.The laundry area is located in a Rubbermaid shed behind the house, which wasn't the most convenient setup. However, the washer and dryer appeared to be newer models and worked very well.The pool area was beautiful and surrounded by lush vegetation, but the landscaping resulted in quite a bit of debris in the pool throughout our stay. The pool itself could use a deep cleaning and some maintenance, as there were visible signs of age.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the close proximity to the beach. With some updates and maintenance, this property could be even more enjoyable for future guests.

Best family home and being a former duplex that's turned into a single-family home - the layout is different (see the description and floor plan to get an idea). We discussed your suggestions for improvements with the owners and will begin some updates shortly. The washer/dryer did get replaced right after the storms in 2024, as well as a large amount of pool amenities. cutest bungalow where the owner has all the extras. Best time of year to be outside. Couldn't have asked for more!

We had a wonderful week long stay here and we absolutely loved it. It was the perfect location. The house was well-appointed with everything we needed. The best part was the private pool! My two teenage kids really enjoyed having it at their disposal, plus a bedroom for each of them and a nice master bedroom for us. It's a great house in an idyllic location. I hope we get to come back!
