The Space:

Welcome to this superb, completely renovated three-bedroom apartment, ideally located near Gare du Nord! It is designed to accommodate up to six travelers.



The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged as follows:

• 1st bedroom: Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan and storage space.

• 2nd bedroom: Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan and storage space.

• 3rd bedroom: Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan and storage space.

• Two bathrooms: each with shower and toilet and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, etc.).

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A living room: Smart television, sofa, chairs, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• A fully equipped kitchen: hotplates, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

We would like to inform you that renovation work is currently taking place in the building's courtyard. As this situation is beyond our control, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any complaints or compensation claims related to the inconvenience caused.



Included Services:

Bedding and Towels are provided for your comfort.

A professional cleaning service is provided at check-in and check-out to ensure the apartment is spotless for your stay.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family Services:

If you need a baby crib or high chair, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide them, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in: Starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM. If you wish to check in between 9:00 PM and midnight, an additional fee of €20 applies, subject to availability. After midnight, check-in will only be available the next day starting from 9:30 AM.

Check-out: The check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. If you need a late check-out or an early check-in, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and any associated fees will be clearly communicated.

A concierge agent will send you the contact details of a representative who will hand over the keys and answer any questions you have about the apartment and the neighborhood.



Security Deposit:

A €500 security deposit is required to access the property, payable only by credit card via SWIKLY. It will be refunded from 21 business days after your departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees:

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines:

Respect the tranquility of the neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a deduction from your security deposit.



Internet Usage:

Internet access should not be used for illegal activities or the unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted material. It is prohibited to access websites restricted by French and European law. We are not responsible for issues caused by telecom providers, and no refunds will be given for any failures.



Professional Use and Photography:

Photo sessions, shooting, or business meetings are not permitted without prior approval. Please contact us for rates and necessary authorizations.



Minimum Age Requirement:

The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years old. Individuals under 23 may only stay if accompanied by an adult who meets this requirement. No refund will be given if this condition is not met.
