This is the place to be if you want to walk EVERYWHERE! Great ocean view, full AC, and a quiet very safe area. We have a new hanging queen size bed with full ocean view! Also a great place to sit and relax :- ) There are several restaurants (including Agua Azul and Emilio's) within 2 minutes walking, a supermarket, and the most famous coffee house too! A bus stop is 100 yards away if you wanted to Visit Manuel Antonio park (3 min ride to park, $1 bus passes every 20 minutes). Or you could walk in about 20 minutes and see tons of Monkeys, Sloths, Macaws and maybe a toucan!

Fabian did a great job helping us with questions about the area and showing the property to us.The location is excellent- we wanted to go to Manuel Antonio and it is very close to the park.There are many great restaurants within walking distance . Fabian recommended several and they were all very good.

It was perfect. The restaurants nearby are great, the bus picks up right in front basically and we were able to have an amazing experience.

I definitely recommend. Positives for our stay:- excellent communication and recommendations for food, tours, transportation with our hosts Fabian and Jordan- location couldn’t be better with great restaurants, a supermarket, bank, shopping, and bus stop within a block’s distance; Manuel Antonio NP and beaches a short drive away - space to spread out as a family of four (kids loved the swinging bed)- nice view of the ocean- availability of a pool- washer and dryer in unitNot so positives:- shower pressure was non-existent a couple days we were there- a patio to sit outside would be amazing- dark in the back bedroomOverall, we enjoyed our stay!

Dang, utilities in Costa Rica are decent but not perfect. The water company was working on the pipes while they were here and the water pressure wasn't great. So sorry.

Perfect Stay for our Family

Easy check-in process. Jordan was great in helping us arrange transport and answering all of our questions. The location was ideal since we did not want to rent a car. The condo had everything we needed as a family of five. Thank you!

Good base for family

15 minute easy bus / cab ride to Manuel Antonio. There are some decent restaurants in the immediate area, and the pool is a good option for families. Macaws and toucans cruised by the trees nearby.

Comfortable, Clean & Convenient

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, the condo was convenient to the Park as well as some great restaurants. We had the pool to ourselves. Alondra was extremely responsive and helpful. We recommend staying here and would do it again!

Great location

Some maintenance issues that the concierge was able to address. Overall it was a great experience. The concierge was extremely helpful and everyone was very friendly.

Great View / Great Location / Helpful Host

Stayed for 3 nights in Manuel Antonio at this property. Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants & shops - and beach if you don't mind the uphill hike home. . Short drive to the national park and the beach. Overall the condo is nice .. great windows with view of ocean , air-conditioning in all rooms, usable kitchen, easy parking, good wifi. There is a washer & dryer, which was very helpful . Jordan ( the host ) was available to help with any needs. Overall a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place in the middle of Manuel Antonio

Great place with easy access to everything. Walk out your door for food or groceries. 5 mins to the beach. Alondro, the concierge, was great and took great care of us.

We love Villas El Parque

Perfect location close to markets, restaurants, beaches and activities. Our assistant/concierge, Josue, was amazing! He set up all our activities as we requested, gave us great recommendations for eating or hitting the beach, and he helped my husband change a flat tire on our rental car! The pool is very refreshing and clean. It was also nice to have access to Netflix & Prime on their tv for those rainy nights we wanted to chill out with the kids.

Clean Property, Good Host

We spent a month in Costa Rica and ended our trip with one week in Manuel Antonio. The property was clean and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping. Our host Yosue was very welcoming and helpful in booking our activities, taxis and dinner reservations. My only negative is that the condo is located off a busy road, which I didn’t realize when booking. We came from areas that were more remote and private, so this probably stood out more than it would have otherwise. For someone who wants to be within walking distance from all the amenities, this would be a positive aspect.

Great Property & Great Location

This property is in a great location, close to the bus stop, beaches, park, grocery stores, and restaurants. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The property manager, Fabian, was very helpful. He set up a car service to/from the airport, assisted with tours in the area, and answered any questions we had. This property does have one bedroom with two beds, and the patio room with a hanging bed that is a second bedroom (private with curtains). There is also a sofa bed in the kitchen/living area. The restaurant next to our property, Agua Azul, had excellent food. I would definitely come back to visit this property again. We had a great time.

This is a one bedroom apartment

I agree with the other 4 star review, mainly that this is a one bedroom apartment advertising as a 2 bedroom apartment. I even reached out to the host who assured me it was 2 bedrooms - it was not. The living room with hanging bed didn't even have working plugs (couldn't use tv either) and the bed in the dining room/kitchen was also not really set up to be a functional as it had no bedside lamp or accessible plug to charge your devices overnight. While the view was nice, it's not exactly what was shown online. The best part about the listing was the concierge. He was very helpful and pleasant.

Really sorry about your stay. There is a separate private ocean view room that has the hanging bed, it has it's own door so we consider it a bedroom. There is a different room that is the living room/kitchen area, it also has a queen sized sofa bed, so there are actually three separate sleeping areas and 4 beds. We can't add bedside tables to the hanging bed because it swings around and it would hit them. There are plugs under the TV in the ocean view bedroom to charge things. The owner read this review and in the living room / kitchen area we are going to add a USB/plug and a night stand because that is a good idea. The TV remote had dead batteries but we weren't told until the last day, we changed those in about an hour after they let us know. The view shot was taken with my iPhone 11 and I didn't add a filter or anything, so I don't understand what the view comment is about.

Lovely stay!

I felt so welcomed in Manuel Antonio and the host was very organized. They reached out ahead of time and helped me organize transportation. They were waiting for me when I arrived and easily accessible when I had any questions. The space itself was very clean and pleasant. I was traveling on my own and really only needed a 1-bedroom (I only booked this place because it was super last minute and not much else was available) -- but I would say that calling it a 3-bed is a little iffy. It has one real bedroom (with two beds) and then there are also beds in the kitchen and living room. The bedroom is the only really quiet room - the sound really travels from outside in the other rooms and there's a restaurant right next door that is quite loud at night. It was a great launching pad for getting to the beach (easy bus ride) and there are a ton of restaurants within walking distance (super close!). No real outdoor space (patio etc) - although there is a pool that is a little walk down and across an alley to get to. The view didn't look exactly like this (must have been a photo from another room) - but I could still see the ocean! Overall - lovely.

Not sure about the view part, I took all the photos with my iPhone so that was definitely a real picture of the real view. On the bedrooms, we have a bedroom in the back with two queen beds, a full sized bed in the living room that is also a couch (day bed style, not folding) and then we have one more really cool bed on the ocean view side with a hanging queen bed. So glad you guys had fun, with we could have gotten 5 stars!

Lovely Condo for a Family!

We only stayed one night, but it was great for a family of six. Walking distance to many things, great location! Very clean! Check in and check out was so smooth. They even allowed us to store our luggage while out exploring for the day!
