Karen set a new standard for communication from a host. She was prompt and full of information to make our stay the best it could be. This rental is a great location for area sights, activities, adventures, and restaurants. The porch is an escape of its own. Wish we had more time to enjoy the house and area!

Location close to the Manuel Antonio park, beaches and restaurants. Steep driveway for parking with multiple steps to the porch to enter. Bathroom door not floor to ceiling so you can hear what goes on in the bathroom. Spacious room. Nice porch to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and the sound of the macaws. Did see spider monkeys outside but also saw two scorpions in our room. It is the jungle so we weren't surprised.

Large clean apartment, had all essentials and amenities we needed. The 3rd floor had a very large beautiful apartment with a swimming pool that was amazing. It is away from the city noise, but close all attractions. Saw toucan birds from the apartment balcony. Enjoyed sitting on balcony and hammock. Feels very safe in the gated balcony to the apartment and the community felt very safe. Landlord was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend taking the city bus to Manuel Antonio park as recommended by the VRBO host.Difficult to find location of VRBO, so be sure to ask for specific instructions on how to find the apartment as the VRBO server was blocking messages sent by the host to us (we confirmed with host and saw messages she sent that never arrived). We had to ask people on the street to help us find the VRBO.The staircase to the 2nd floor apartment we stayed at has no railings which made me feel very uncomfortable climbing. Parking was provided.VRBO host recommended the restaurant "El patio de cafe Milagro", which I also recommend and we stopped there using the city bus after visiting national park (5-10 min by bus). Then we caught the bus again for a 4 min trip to the main road close to the VRBO. Bus drivers were very friendly and provide change for the fare and help letting you know when to get off. Bus is labelled 'Quepos - Manuel Antonio' and seemed to come every 10min.We recommend to stay.

Karen was a great and attentive host. She booked our shuttle to/from the airport as well as a mangrove boat tour for us. The property is beautiful and we loved her dogs :) thank you for having us, Karen!

Great location very cute inside.

The area was beautiful, but although it says 13 minute walk to the national park, it's actually a 13 minute drive. Not a big deal but just in preparation. The owners were super nice, the restaurants that we could walk to were very good. Just a beautiful area I would highly recommend

Karen’s place was excellent. In a great position for Quepos and the local attractions. The apartment was very clean and had everything one would require for a holiday let.Karen and Harry were very friendly and gave us lots of info to help our stay.Recommend totally.

Our stay was spectacular. Karen and Harry were available all the time to make our drive easy to find the apartment. Great location. Close to restaurants and beaches. Secluded from noise, but close to everything. The apartment was very clean. Thank you for a great stay.

Peaceful oasis!

This apartment is in a beautiful location, very peaceful and quiet. It is close to Manuel Antonio and Quepos and all of their restaurants, beaches, and activities. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio listening to the birds. While walking in the neighborhood we saw monkeys, macaws, giant blue butterflies and toucans. The hosts Karen and Harry were very accessible, friendly and helpful. Before we arrived, Karen set up a tour for us that picked us up at the apt and took us to Manuel Antonio Park for a guided tour. It was fantastic to see so much wildlife. Karen has a whole list of activities that she can book for you. I would highly recommend staying at this property.
