* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

Great location in Shipyard. Close to the beach. I enjoyed the view from the terrace. Picturesque golf course view with lots of wildlife. The condo was clean and nicely decorated with lots of windows. The kitchen had all the amenities and furniture was comfortable.

Excellent stay!

We loved how close the house was to the pool, and the surrounding properties were very well kept. The best part about the house was the views of the golf course from the bedroom and dining room!

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for a lowkey 30th birthday trip! The condo was adorable and clean, and in a great location. We enjoyed biking to the beach and to shops, playing pickleball, and lounging at the pool. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and my entire family felt comfortable here! The location was really convenient being so close to the pool. Clean Rental for family vacation

Great condo and location!

The home was super clean and well stocked with beach towels, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. It’s the little things that make a big difference when you’re traveling from 7 hours away. The home is in great proximity to the pool. It’s also an easy bike ride to the beach.

Check-in should be easier. Send the parking pass by mail. Also the office was not easy to locate.

Very nice villa. Only negative was the guest room beds were uncomfortable. The beds were placed next to the windows so we couldn't open them.

Wonderful 5 star property

Second visit to HH and this property was perfect. Exceptionally clean, all furnishings, bedding, linens super comfy. Lovely decor, bright and airy in peaceful surroundings. Owners had provided everything - walked through the door and immediately felt relaxed and on vacation. Host to Coast were fantastic, great communication and flawless access arrangements. The goody bag on arrival was a lovely touch and beach towels, beach chairs an added bonus. Location was excellent for pool, beach, golf, walking, cycling and restaurants. First class and will definitely be returning.

A good choice overall

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and clean. We were never given the code for the lockbox to get our gate pass and I could not reach anyone about it. Luckily, another person was arriving at the same time and had the code. If not for that, I am not sure how long it would’ve taken to contact someone about that issue.

Tired villa

The deck is not inhabitable as chais are grubby and ridden with bugs. There are screens in bedrooms and NOWHERE ELSE. they are all missing and have been for some time. The owner is clearly milking the place for all it’s worth and cares nothing about the people who dole out a fair amount of money to be there. Totally upset and think host2coast should observe things and get the owner to invest or at least warn us of its condition. Just go to the front door and shouts Kutcher how little care it gets 
unlike those in same complex.

Nice place but cleaning could be more of a priority

Overall, we were very happy with the property. It was as described. The location was great and the communication we had with the owner was stellar. The only issue was the cleanliness of some parts of the unit when we first arrived. The washer and dryer were very dirty on the inside. The washer had sand, cardboard pieces, and loose change at the bottom. The lint filter of the dryer looked as if it were never emptied before. There was a dirty diaper and trash in the bathroom second bathroom which was appalling when first entering the unit. The cleaning crew could pay a bit more attention while cleaning in between rentals. While minor, those still were a bit bothersome to us to have to clean upon arrival. Besides the cleaning issues, it was a great unit.

Shipyard condo

We loved our stay in the condo. The location was fantastic—right across from the pool and a short bike ride down a paved bike path to the Shipyard beach access. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week of meals on the days we didn’t want to go out. We appreciated the communication from the host leading up to and during our stay.
