Beachwalk 210 ist gut eingerichtet und renoviert mit allem, was Sie wĂ€hrend Ihres Urlaubs benötigen. Wireless Internet & Flachbildschirme in jedem Zimmer und beiden Wohnzimmern. Das Hauptwohnzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen 60-Zoll-TV. Das große Deck wurde mit Trex-Verbundmaterial fĂŒr eine einfache Pflege und Verwendung renoviert. Shipyard Plantation ist eine ruhige Wohnanlage ideal fĂŒr diejenigen, um sich auszuruhen und zu entspannen. Werft ist der beste Ort fĂŒr diejenigen, die an den Strand zu gehen mögen, Fahrrad auf den vielen einsamen und schattige Radwege, Tennis spielen auf der Werft Racquet Club, oder Golf auf dem nur drei Neun-Loch-Kurse auf der Insel innerhalb weniger Minuten von der Wohnung . Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed ourselves. I loved the spaciousness of the unit. I love that it was adequately equipped. I loved the location relative to the beach. If I had to make a suggestion I would suggest that you put more trash bins around. It would be great to have a trash can in every room so that people could adequately dispose of things and at the end of the visit we would just have to put all the trash together and take it out. The other thing would be to cut back the foliage from the trees so that we could enjoy the deck. There was too much hanging in order for us to enjoy the deck and definitely could not enjoy the grill because of the tree limbs hanging. And keeping the deck full of pollen. Also the toaster oven was not clean.Those would be my only complaints or suggestions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the staff at Seashore Vacations were very nice, I think they could have done a better job at selecting a more suitable vacation home for their vacationers ! Living in NJ, we don’t have the advantage of inspecting a home until after our arrival, which we would hope the realty company might do in choosing the home rentals which they represent!I have been coming to Hilton Head Island for the past 30 years staying at various properties throughout the island, unfortunately I must rate the unit which I shared with 3 other roommates as very disappointing! Beachwalk 210, left little to be desired!Although it has a nice layout, 4 baths 3 bedrooms and outdoor deck, we could not fully enjoy the space. The bedrooms had carpet, which must be the original since the unit was built, as it was dirty and smelled of mildew! The shower curtains were also dirty with mold! We witnessed several ants in the unit as well! The dishes had to be rewashed, as they too were dirty! We had to return a bed pillow that was stained, clearly the maintenance is lacking in the place!Additionally, all of my previous stays have provided courtesy condiments, salt, pepper, coffee, teas, etc! This unit only provided 2 packs of dish powder & 1 packet of detergent!Beachwalk is a beautiful community,however it’s unfortunate we could not fully appreciate the inside of our unit as we had anticipated we would!

Perfect location

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa. The location is perfect 7 minute walk to beach or 2 minute bike ride the pool is close the property is spacious I traveled with 3 teens 2 adults perfect layout. Could use some new couches and some upgrades in the dish department etc but I don't think anyone but us cooks. There's a Weber grill with a full tank huge plus. The price was good I wish I booked through the vacation rental company rather then VRBO would of saved a few hundred all in all its 5 stars for me.

Great family time

We had a great time as a family in this spacious condo. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 toddlers. We had plenty of space to spread out. No fighting over bathrooms and 3 were even able to take a shower at the same time without hot water issues. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed the use of that and the grill outside. The walk to the beach was a little longer than anticipated but still very manageable and an easy walk. We also had the option of driving and offloading. With the beach gear credit we rented bikes and that was a lot of fun also. Overall, it was a great, relaxing time - which seems almost impossible with toddlers and teens!

The location a positive! Wonderful water pressure! We especially liked the living space downstairs and all bedrooms upstairs! Continue remodeling. The brown carpet doesn’t fit the beach decor. We needed an umbrella on back deck table. Rotten wood noticed around the outside. TV in double beds bedroom was broken. Update old plastic mini blinds. We were not accustomed to not having blinds to close at night in dining area and at front door. Condensation/water dripped from queen bedroom bathroom around ceiling vent. Several receptacles did not work. Kitchen has too many different glassware sets! Give your guests 8 each water, juice and wine glasses of one pattern! A negative was parking. We and others got written up for parking on pinestraw. Remove the pinestraw and make more parking spaces! And finally, the dining table chairs’ fabric seat covers were nasty. We put towels over the seats during our stay. I hope you take my comments as constructive. It’s a great older condo that needs more updating! We really enjoyed our week!

Great Stay

This property was great for a multi-generational family vacation. There was space for each family to relax and stretch out. No one felt on top of each other. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The location of the resort was central to everything and the condo itself was walking distance to the beach and pool. We loved it.

Reviewer Comments: Was looking forward to a great family vacation .We love HHI as a family and this is our first time renting with Seashore Vacations. Disappointed that the emails I sent management upon our check in with issues were never acknowledged. The home had a musty smell upon arrival and foul odor from garbage disposal. kitchen is not adequately equipped with pots/pans . Shelve in fridge was broken as well as broken shelves in pantry. Tubs very slow to drain and mold on all the vents which made my week miserable due to allergies. Even if this is an investment property with an absentee owner I would think the Seashore management would of ensured the upkeep of the condo . We will not be renting here again but it won’t keep us from returning to HHI in the future .

This rental was disappointing. Problems - not enough parking, uncomfortable furniture, lack of kitchen amenities. Mngment company brought us the utensils & kitchen equipment needed for a normal stay. The last thing you need on vacation is to have to fight for a parking space. Each unit needs 2 dedicated parking spaces with additional overflow parking. Also,I live in SC. I know how to operate a 2-unit AC system. The AC did not work correctly from day one. What's more important than AC in SC!Positives - sorta close to overcrowded Beach, 3.5 bathrooms, very roomy.

Construction zone

The condo is great. But on Monday morning we were awakened by sawing, hammering,and yelling from the condo next door. Luckily we were able to move to another condo in the complex. Seaside Vacation Rentals were amazing! Thanks to Heidi for getting us switched. She also had the house cleaning service find my husband’s mouth piece that was lost in the move from 210 to 196 Beachwalk. Moving was not fun but the construction zone was unacceptable.

Good location - few issues

Check in process was straightforward. Location is great and about 7-minute walk to the beach. When we got into the rental it smelled quite bad and it was clear the furniture and carpets had not been cleaned for a while. The TV also had a crack in the screen running from top to bottom and some aspects of the cleaning had not been completed properly. We contacted the property manager and asked them to shampoo the furniture/carpets and fix the TV. They responded promptly and said they would take care of it on Monday, which they did, and it made a big improvement. I asked for some of the rental cost to be refunded since we were paying over 3k for the week and 2 out of the 7 days were waiting for these issues to be resolved. Unfortunately the management company ignored this request. I appreciate it is a busy time of year but if I am paying several thousand dollars for a rental for one-week I don't think it's unreasonable to expect items like this to be taken care of before guests arrive, not during their stay.
