During our first trip, we fell in love with Hilton Head. We rode our bikes for miles on the paths throughout Shipyard, passed the huge oak trees with dangling Spanish moss and on the long, wide beaches unique to Hilton Head. There’s golf and tennis, with wonderful restaurants all within a short distance. Once you visit, I’m sure you’ll feel the same.

Evian is in the Shipyard property. Not overbuilt, easy access to the beach, and close to many favorite restaurants, great shopping, golf courses and tennis. There's also the world class Indigo Day Spa.

Our villa is a popular second floor, end unit, with cathedral ceilings, large master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in shower, large windows providing a view of the golf course, beautiful deck with lots of seating and a shady, wooded lot. The kitchen is new with brand new GE appliances along with new flooring throughout the villa. Most of the furniture is new too including the beautiful king size bed in the second hall bedroom. The swimming pool is a great place to relax with the kids and family and take in the wildlife viewing in the nearby lagoon. There's also 27 holes of golf available at the Heritage Golf Collection at significantly reduced fees including the Clipper, Galleon and Brigantine Courses.

Our beautiful second floor villa is in demand for many reasons some of which are the single floor living space and the proximity to the Evian pool, beach and lighted tennis courts. There’s plenty of parking in the parking in the Evian parking area right outside our door. Plus, being in Shipyard you’re close to grocery stores, restaurants and famous shopping areas.

Our Evian villa has direct access to the beach and miles of biking or walking trails. Take advantage of the 4 bikes at the property to use for free while there!
