Publix and Winn Dixie less than 5 minutes away. Snorkeling, kayaking, bicycling, and running all near by. Jacob’s Aquatic Center with olympic pools 5 minutes away. 5 minutes away from Rowell’s Waterfront Park. 15 minutes away from Founder’s Park with a beach. The kayaks under the house in the rear are available for use. Please use at your own risk. The canal is accessible from the back of the house; however, the sea wall is high and can be difficult to go down using the ladder. There are plenty of accessible points to launch the kayaks in the nearby area (John Pennekamp, Caribbean Club marina, Rowell’s Waterfront park, and many more).
