A Spectacular Getaway in den Keys

Diese entzückende 1/1-Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im Oceanside. (Meilenmarkierung 90) Diese Einheit befindet sich in einer gepflegten Gemeinde. Diese wunderschöne Eigentumswohnung am Meer bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten wie - einen beheizten Pool, einen eigenen Strandbereich, ein Clubhaus, einen Tennisplatz, einen Fitnessraum mit Sauna, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner-Anlage, Tiki-Hütten, Grillmöglichkeiten und Picknickbereiche auf dem Wasser. Dieses Haus verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer und ein Bad, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon. Dieses Haus bietet Platz für zwei bis vier Personen sehr bequem. Es verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein voller Größe Ausziehcouch. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit: Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Farbfernseher (mit Kabel), VCR / DVD. Alle Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses Haus ist makellos sauber und eine gute Möglichkeit, in den Keys zu bleiben, ohne ein Vermögen auszugeben. Diese Wohnanlage befindet sich am Rande von Key Largo und bietet Urlaubern viele großartige Möglichkeiten.

Memorable Family Vacation

Our little family thoroughly enjoyed our time at John’s condo! The building was well maintained, offered wonderful amenities and had a perfect location within the Upper Keys for us. The marina was close, the area felt safe, and the condo was cozy. It had everything we needed, and we all felt at home and slept well which is always a huge plus when you have two small kids on vacation! We would highly recommend this place, we were able to make some wonderful memories over the last week!

Our stay

The sea gull condo was a wonderful stay. The area was beautiful and residents there are very friendly. I do have to say the condo does need updated and needed to be cleaned a little better. But over all John was amazing.

Great visit from Maine

We stayed for 13 days in the Keys. This was a really nice rental property for the two of us. We enjoyed the area and made a trip to Key West. We would definitely stay there again. It was perfect for us.

Perfect Getaway

This property and cost seemed too good to be true, but it was 100% true. It was a great location especially if looking for a low key, relaxing time away. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was genuine in his communication!

Great price for a great place!

An incredible setting, having a view of the ocean from our balcony was unbeatable! Pool was beautiful, and any time you can view the ocean while in the pool is an absolute win! Communication with our host was impeccable.

My 3 adult children and i had a great time. Great location between Everglades and Key West. Private waterfront property with pool and game room. Lots of wildlife, my girls snorkeled nearby seeing dolphins, nurse sharks, skates, and dozens of colorful fish. Condo was clean and had everything we needed including extra mattress, beach chairs and toys. Great for the price, we would defiantly go back

Vacation Getaway in the Keys

The location was excellent. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Pool was perfect for the time of year. Loved the game room (had ping pong, board games, puzzles and more). The balcony view was pleasant. The condo was excellent for two people but it accommodates up to 4 by using a sleeper sofa. Kitchen dishes available based on limited cooking and service for 4 (had one 9 x 13 baking dish, pots and pans, a medium mixing bowl, no cookie sheets or pizza pan). If you like to do a lot of cooking/baking you might want to bring a few extra baking dishes. Host was gracious to provide a welcome gift. Host was available for any questions/concerns during stay. We would consider coming back to this location when we are in the area again.

Gem of a spot!

Great amenities. The condo building has a nice gym and a newly updated entertaining area with a large kitchen, game area and living room setup. Pool area is nice and the beach/oceanfront area is amazing. We grilled and dined at sunset several nights and it was to die for. Condo was neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

Best place to stay in the keys

We had everything we needed and they even gave us a bottle of wine on arrival! Very nice property and lots to do there! The host John was very nice and attentive! We will definitely go back next year!

Nice older condo close to activities.

We had a great time at John’s condo. Condo is older but had everything we needed to have a great week. It was close to restaurants and you can watch the Friday night football game at the high school from the balcony. We will definitely be back next year!

Lovely Week!

The condo complex is off the beaten path and quiet. It is right next to a high school and the balcony overlooks the football field, which may be a consideration in the fall. The pool is a nice size with lots of chairs and 3 areas of shade. Most days we were the only people there; it was never what I would call crowded. The beach area has 2 charcoal grills and covered picnic tables with games at the large hut like cornhole. While the beach is for sitting on instead of getting in the ocean, there are benches and we enjoyed watching the crabs and even saw a small ray near the shore. There is a kayak launch if you bring your own and nice shoreline with mangroves to paddle. The common areas have been completely updated. The community room had ping pong, skee ball and table shuffleboard which was very nice. There was alao a selection of board games and books. The gym was also very impressive and updated. The unit was clean, functional and had some updates. The sofa bed in the living room was comfortable for my teenager. There were plenty of supplies and pots and pans for us to cook several meals there. The balcony had a table for two and two plastic Adirondack chairs for viewing the ocean. There was also a separate entrance from the bedroom. John was excellent about getting check in information. He knew we would be arriving late and had the sofa bed already made up and waiting for us, checked in multiple times, and answered all of my questions about the area. I would stay again!

Better than we hoped!!

This property was private and secure and in a great location to explore the keys! The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a week vacation! The pool, gym, and public room were updated and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!
