Boat slip and trailer parking available in the back lot with the rental of the unit. You must request the reservation of the slip/parking in order to use it. IMPORTANT: There is no ramp, so your vessel must be launched at a public or private marina and navigated to the slip. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is the closest. Ocean access is limited by a low bridge with 7’ of clearance at up to 1’ to low tide. Boats with no top or collapsible tops should have no issue.

Good location to explore Key Largo

We stayed 2 nights at the end of April. The unit was clean, linens were good and beds comfortable. It is off the main highway and had easy parking. It sits at the end of a canal so the view is nice and we saw a wonderful sunset sitting on the balcony. Washer and dryer is a plus but no detergent available. Also, there is no dishwasher and there are a handful of items that need repair.

Great time

We, family with three kids, had a wonderful time in Key Largo and the Keys. Great Restaurants and Dolphins nearby. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watch the sunset and relax from the day.

The place was great. But we did not realize there were 3 flights of stairs. I had knee surgery and it was difficult for all of us hauling our stuff up the stairs. I think people should be aware of this before they rent. Also liquid soap in bathrooms would be nice. Great location

Wedding stay in Key Largo

Everything with our stay was seemless. The place was spotless and comfortable while communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again in the future without hesitation.

This was a perfect place for the 4 of us. 1 couple and 2 singles. Clean and comfortable. Great balcony overlooking the “lagoon”. Central location to get around. Loved it! Loved Key Largo!

Clean place to sleep, location not prime

The apartment is a 3rd floor unit with others living there full-time. Although it was clean, and it did have a view of the bay, it was not luxury or vacation like to us. If you have plans and you're just using it as a place to sleep, it was fine. We were looking for a luxury vacation. We ended up moving to another location that would fulfill our vacation needs. The Furnishings were very budget, uncomfortable to relax on. The dining room chairs need to be tightened up or replaced. The beds were comfortable!

Great family stay condo

We booked this top-floor condo for a post-COVID reunion with my husband’s siblings. It was such a fun experience, and the property is beautiful and efficient. We brought a small trailer with us and there was ample parking and an available hose for watercraft maintenance. The views from the deck were gorgeous! Thank you to Javier and his team.

Fun times in Key Largo

My family and I wanted to enjoy some time in the Keys. This property had 3 queen sized beds which was great because we all slept very comfortably here. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. There are places close by to get food, groceries, pie, or anything else you might enjoy. The views were great too! I would love to stay here again. Absolute gem in key largo

My family and I stayed her for 3 nights. The entire grounds was well taken care of, our unit was fabulous. The beds were super comfortable. It had everything we needed for our short trip. The views are amazing, its very quiet and relaxing in the canal. I was suprised how quiet and laid back it was. This unit is located off hwy 1 in the middle of town, so great access to any where in key largo. WE EVEN SAW A MANATEE IN THE CANAL.

Nice stay

Had a great stay, very clean and accurate listing . Only thing that needs to be fixed is the hot water in the master bathroom sink. We could not get hot water from that sink and and it had low water pressure .Other than that everything else was nice.

Relax & enjoy Key Largo on Ocean Bay Drive

The house decor is modern and beautiful just as the pictures listed. It was very clean and smelled great. It is in a great area and in walking distance from Pilot House and Key Largo Fisheries restaurant. The owner was very prompt and responsive to all inquiries prior to booking. A pleasure to communicate with. My family and I truly enjoyed staying in unit 4 of this great home. Thank you!

Comfortable stay

We had a lovely time at the condo. This is a comfortable, no frills condo on the third level of a quadraplex home. It wasn’t a challenge for us to navigate the stairs, but good to know if you have an impairment or struggle with stairs. We didn’t cook during our stay, but there was an oven, range and microwave. No dishwasher, which was fine for us because we did not often eat in. The air conditioning worked well and we were very comfortable. There were tables and chairs down under the house in the shade for outdoor entertainment. Plenty of parking. We were there to dive with Sea Dwellers and it was perfectly located for this activity. We absolutely would stay there again!
