The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible only by stairs.

The door of this 70 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living area features a comfortable seating area, a large television, and a dining table that seats four.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and more. A washing machine is also our use.

The first bedroom has a single bed and a queen-size bed (160x200), while the second bedroom has a double bed (140x200). The beds are carefully made with complimentary hotel-quality hotel linens.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a mirror, a bathtub, and a toilet.

You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.

Explore the surroundings of the historic hospital, built in the 17th century by Louis XIII, and discover its streets lined with cafés, bakeries and small boutiques. Enjoy a peaceful stroll on the nearby Canal Saint-Martin. The Hôpital Saint-Louis district is a fascinating blend of history, local life and Parisian charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro and train station, Gare de l'Est (lines E, 4, 5 and 7), is just a 2-minute walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
