Charming house in the heart of Loctudy, close to all amenities and beaches.

Our charming house is located in the heart of Loctudy and 700 meters from the beach of Langoz and the nautic club where you can rent sea kayaks, paddles, sailing boats..etc..the tennis club is 200 meters away and we provide rackets and balls. The house has been entirely renovated in 2022 and we were keen to preserve its character while giving it cosy comfort. The house is composed of:

Ground floor:
Large living space with lounge, dining room, hallway with library, separate kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.
kitchen table and chairs.
Bathroom with large shower, toilet and sink.
Laundry room with washing machine and 2 drying racks.

First floor:
Three bedrooms, each modular with single beds that can be joined to make king size; One of the bedroom has an alcove where can be put an extra bed.
In each room the bedding is new and of good quality.
One large bathroom with italian style shower, toilet and sink.
We provide the linen and the towels.

There is a big enclosed garden at the back of the house, un small garden in front as well as a parking for your car and a garage for the bikes (one bike with basket is provided).

The house is listed 3 stars.

Nota Bene: no WIFI to this day but the reception with cell phones is excellent. We provide HDMI cable to connect the tv to computers.

We ask that you leave the house in the same good state of cleanliness in which you found it upon arrival.

Cleaning service upon request (if possible) 80 euros.
