The house is located on the Île d'Yeu on a property comprising 3 houses. The village of Saint-Sauveur, its shops, and the beach are a 3-minute bike ride away. A family home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (sleeps 11), approximately 150 m² on a 1,250 m² lot. It consists of 2 single-story outbuildings.
1st outbuilding:
-1 large open-concept living area opening onto the terrace, with a living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen.
-1 master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm double bed (sink in the bedroom) opening onto the terrace.
-1 shared bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm x 190cm) (2 bunk beds + 1 single bed)

-1 bathroom with bathtub, sink, and washing machine

2 master suites opening onto the garden, each with a shower, sink, and toilet

The south-facing stone terrace is equipped with: table, chairs, benches, umbrella, barbecue, and lounge chairs.
