In the heart of Port Joinville on the Île d'Yeu, two small detached cottages (Le Champ de Foire and La Petite Chartreuse) share a central garden. Perfect for two families or a family with teenagers (sleeps 10 in total)!

The first house consists of:
- a living room with two sofas around a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen; the living room runs east to west and is very bright; it opens on one side onto a patio enclosed by old stone walls and on the other side onto a small garden;
- a double bedroom with a 160cm bed
- a triple bedroom with 3 single bunk beds (90cm)
- a bathroom with a washer and dryer
- separate toilet
- the patio, sheltered from the wind, is equipped with an outdoor table and a canopy to provide shade.
The bedding is of good quality

The second house consists of:
- a living area with two sofas around a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen; the living area faces east and is very bright; it opens directly onto a small garden;
- a double bedroom (attic-style) with a 140cm bed
- a triple bedroom (attic-style) with three 90cm single beds
- a shower room
- separate restroom

The landing stage, the market, and the and shops are a 5-minute walk away. The nearest beaches are a 2-minute walk, such as the supermarket.
