Located in downtown La Fortuna, just 3 blocks from the central park Condos Vista al Volcan will offer a centrally, secure and comfortable stay in La Fortuna/Arenal area. The property has an excellent view of the Arenal Volcano, all our apartments are fully equipped with two bedrooms with A/C unit, kitchen, WiFi, private bathroom with hot water, Cable TV, private parking and game room available for our guests. The apartment #10 has 3 double and 1 single bed in two bedrooms up to 7 people.

The apartment is located in the second floor, it has a comfortable living room with cable TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with hot water, each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with A/C unit. You will have excellent view of the Arenal Volcano from every place of the property; secure private parking, nice open areas to relax or even practice yoga, beautiful gardens and a game room available for our guests. Also our of our guests has FREE ACCESS to Arenal Fitness Center (Main gym in town - Located just 3 blocks away) is available from Monday to Friday from 5 AM to 9 PM and Saturdays from 7 AM to 1 PM (Sunday is closed).

We have secure parking and gated property, which is very secure and game room available for our guests. Also our of our guests has FREE ACCESS to Arenal Fitness Center (Main gym in town - Located just 3 blocks away) is available from Monday to Friday from 5 AM to 9 PM and Saturdays from 7 AM to 1 PM (Sunday is closed).

A friend and I stayed here. We felt very safe and walked to nearby restaurants for dinner every evening. Wonderful location close to town. 2 bedrooms gave us plenty of space. Beautiful view of the volcano right from the front door! A/c unit in each bedroom; ‘laundry’ is a sink on back porch and a clothesline Very clean! A perfect place to stay to experience La Fortuna!I missed the email with the code to get in the gate when we first arrived because I was traveling, causing a bit of trouble trying to check in to the property. Luckily the property manager had their door open and heard us. He was very helpful though!

Very relaxing stay in La Fortuna

It was all very good, smooth and easy check in to a very nice two bedroom apartment where we stayed one night with another couple. I would stay here again.

Clean, great location

Family of 5 stayed here for several days during our trip to La Fortuna. Very walkable to any restaurants. Property very clean. Very fast communication with the hosts. My kids really enjoyed playing pool and ping pong in the covered outdoor area

Great little place to stay

Our stay was wonderful! Maciel was terrific as host/point of contact. She included pictures for helpful directions to check in. She asked if we wanted midweek cleaning and she opened the washroom for us to wash our clothes. The apt was clean and a great walking distance to shops and food.

This place is one of the best I have stayed in in Costa Rica. It had everything needed, usable pots and pans and plenty of dishes. Everything worked with the exception of the blender. It was clean and well looked after. The bed was comfortable and I slept well despite being on a busy street and across from a fire station. It was a very short walk to downtown La Fortuna and all the grocery stores or restaurants your could want. The locked gate around the property was good and being able to do a load of laundry was a great perk. Rosa, the caretaker lives on site so was available if any help was needed. Being directly in view of the Volcano was nice but as it was wet and cloudy the entire week I was there I unfortunately never saw the top. I still give top marks. The owner Maciel was always available by email also if I had any problems, and she responded promptly. I would definitely return here.

This was a perfect place for us. It is clean, easily accessible with flexible check in. The kitchen is well equipt. Our only issue was the laundary use. The time you are allowed to use it is 4pm to 8pm, which was when we were out. That said, they were flexible with us and let us use it for an extra hour.

Excellent location, especially if you are traveling without a vehicle.

We really enjoyed our stayed here! We traveled by car but it is very close to La Fortuna center so it is quite convenient to enjoy a nightlife if you are traveling without a car. The place was stocked to our needs, having a pretty private balcony was a plus that we enjoyed our sunrises and evenings on. Hannibal was very accommodating but we hardly needed anything since there were no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend to stay nere and we are back in Costa Rica again we'll be looking forward to staying here again! And if you need any information about La Fortuna attractions, feel free to talk to the host, I'm sure he'll help you with all your questions! PURA VIDA!

Exceptional in Every Way!

We have stayed at many Vrbo places over the years and overall this was one of the best! The location was great. Close to everything in town. Tours provide pick up right in front. Our two bedroom unit was excellent. Spotless with comfortable beds, a nice sitting area and we'll equipped kitchen. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything you needed to make your own meals. We had four people staying and we felt very comfortable. The shower was big and shampoo and conditioner as well as big towels were provided. We stayed four nights and appreciated everything the longer we stayed. We stayed on the upper floor and had a direct view of the volcano. Exceptional in every way!

Nice property with good amenities and great owner that's close to town

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property for many reasons: -proximity to town. Literally one block away. So close to several grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Including a fantastic burger joint right next door; -the apartment has all you need to cook. Stovetop, mucrowave, coffee machine, tea pot, slow cooler, toaster, plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc...; -a balcony on the front and back (2nd floor); -private parking lot behind gate; -the owner and his family are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help you, answer questions you may have, be of service; I would highly recommend this place for all of these reasons. La Fortuna is a great little town with lots of shops and opportunities for activity and these apartments are so close to everything. I would return to this apartment.
