From 10 p.m. music and noise pollution must be greatly reduced.



A deposit of €2000 will be requested upon your entry into the house by bank imprint (no collection). In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use it.



The maximum capacity authorized throughout the stay is 9 people.



A Minut anti-noise sensor is placed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
