Overlooking the sea, it comprises a spacious 75 m² living room and fully-equipped kitchen. Separate WC on the ground floor. 4 bedrooms (+ ground-floor studio with kitchen from 17/08/26), 3 bathrooms. 1 study with sofa bed. Large garden with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 75 m² living room with connected TV, fireplace and wood burner (wood to be split on site!)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- a separate WC
- On the 1st level: a master suite with a beautiful bedroom (16 m²) equipped with a queen-size bed and private bathroom (with shower and bath + WC).
- 2nd floor:

1 office with sofa bed
- On level 0, 1 studio for 2 people with separate entrance and comfortable sofa bed for 2 (studio with its own shower room, kitchen...).

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property, in the car park with space for 4 vehicles.

- The opening dates of the swimming pool and jacuzzi are non-contractual and subject to change by the local accommodation manager.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- The studio is included in the rental of the villa.
- Surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance and in the annex building. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.
