Fully renovated in 2024, it is located less than a kilometre from the beach and features Wi-Fi, a floor area of 200 m² and accommodating up to 10 guests (from 17/08/2026, the villa will be able to accommodate up to 10 guests with access to the ground-floor studio).

Overlooking the sea, it comprises a spacious 75 m² living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilet on the ground floor. 4 bedrooms (+ ground-floor studio with kitchen from 17/08/26), 3 bathrooms. 1 study with a sofa bed. You can enjoy a large garden with a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi. We’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 75 m² living area with a smart TV and a fireplace fitted with an insert (unlimited firewood to chop on site!)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A separate toilet
- On the first floor: a master suite with a beautiful bedroom (16 m²) featuring a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom (with shower, bath and toilet)
- On the second floor:
2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm)
1 bedroom with a queen-size bed
2 shower rooms with WC
1 study with a sofa bed
- On the ground floor, 1 studio for 2 people with a separate entrance and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 (studio with its own shower room, kitchen...).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A terrace and a large garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The villa is ideally situated in Erquy, in a very pleasant, quiet setting, facing the sea. You will have easy access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property in the car park, which can accommodate 4 vehicles.

- CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance and on the annex building. There are no cameras inside the property.
