The open-concept living space offers a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. With seating for up to five guests and the cozy ambiance of a gas fireplace, the living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. Location was great. There is no window in the bedroom. The unit itself had an off odor, kind of musty. The fireplace worked but would not stay lit. We would stay at the Edgewater again, but in a different unit. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The location is lovely. We really enjoyed the view out our patio overlooking the canal. It's fun to watch the boats go by. That being said, the unit is somewhat dated, very dark furnishings and decor. As some others mentioned, it has a musty smell. Nothing we couldn't adjust to, but when you first walk in, it's overwhelming. It definitely could use a refresh.

The exterior of building is in good shape and living room of condo was nicely appointed. The condition, however, was pretty warm.
