Thank you for sharing this, and I’m genuinely sorry for the disappointment, especially since this stay was a gift. To be transparent, the hot tub was out of service and we had it clearly posted on the website before arrival. We also proactively reached out to guests as soon as we learned it was down. That said, you also did the right thing by calling ahead, and you should have received a clear, consistent answer at that time. If you were told everything was working when it wasn’t, that’s on us, and we’re addressing it with our team so it doesn’t happen again. We never want anyone to feel misled, and we agree that amenities need to match what’s available on-site, especially in winter. If you’re open to it, reply to your booking message with the date you called and the name/number you reached, and we’ll review the call details and follow up directly.
