Diese wunderschöne Wohnung verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem Schlafsofa Queen-Size im Wohnzimmer.

Es gibt Granit in der Küche, ein Gehäuse der Edelstahlspüle und der Tisch mit Platz für drei. Es gibt einen Herd, eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster und einen durchschnittlich großen Kühlschrank.

Ein Zwei-Personen-Whirlpool ist im Badezimmer zusammen mit dem separaten begehbaren Dusche und Granit konterte Eitelkeit.

Kabel-TV ist im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer.

Die Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer zusammen mit einem separaten Stuhl. Aus dem Wohnzimmer ist der Fuß-out in Terrasse mit Sitz abgeschirmt für zwei Personen.

Pointes North Inn verfügt über High-Speed-Wi-Fi im gesamten Gebäude und Münzwaschautomaten auf der zweiten Etage. In der Lobby wird für ein kontinentales Frühstück Sitz, die den Innen- / Außenpool mit Blick auf. Der Innenteil des Pools ist ganzjährig geöffnet, während der Außenbereich von Oktober bis Mai geschlossen ist.

Charlevoix stays

Our stay was great. Great view, great price and the receptionist was awesome. We would stay again. The only things I could complain about was the carpet in the bedroom and the tub. The carpet was very custy and I wish I would have brought slippers to walk in. Also, the tub needed to be cleaned out before we used it. I wouldnt say it was dirty as in nobody cleaned it, but it was pretty dusty. I'm glad I brought some cleaning things with me. Again. I would stay and recommend them to other people. Just with the precaution of bringing zome cleaning wipes and some slippers to walk in.

Pointes North 104 was great!

The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for a quiet weekend away. We will definitely be back…maybe when it is warmer :)

Great little Condo with all the comforts of home.

This condo was very cute and spacious for a one bedroom. Bathroom was large and included a jacuzzi tub. Toilet area had it's own door, which was great for a one bathroom multi-use! Location was nice, walking distance to local shopping and restaurants. I have one questionable situation to share in an otherwise perfect experience. In the Master bedroom, there was a wall plug that was overheating. It was HOT to the touch. If you left your hand on it, it would burn you. The first night, we had a cell phone plugged in it. When we unplugged the charging cord, the plug was so hot, it would have burned you. We thought it was the charging cord or brick, until the next day. It randomly heated and cooled with nothing plugged in. It truly was a dangerous situation. This is how fires start, and this was truly a high potential hazard. We went to the office on the second day of our stay and told the person working at the front desk. She expressed mild concern, and said she'd definitely put in a "work order" for it. She didn't seem to understand our concern that this should be handled in a more "emergent" way. We were there two more days, and no one came to check the extremely hot plug. So, I prayed for protection for our family until our stay was complete. God is good, and we're back home, safe and sound. But, I will say one last prayer that they get it fixed asap. And, if you're reading this near the dates that we have stayed, 11/24, I would verify that it has been fixed.

We stayed at a different place within the same building a few weeks ago with other family members. My husband and I were celebrating our 2yr anniversary this visit so we thought we’d stay at the same place. While the room was clean and ready for us it could use a few updates. Specifically with attention to the paint and the bedroom wall unit. It needs some attention

It's right next to the bridge that enters downtown, close to the bike path, and it was clean, bright and beautiful -- just as shown in the photos. It was roomy but cozy. We'll be back. Nice getaway

We visited in the off-season. Traffic was lighter and we were able to see the town and area without concerns of overwhelming tourism. The room fit our needs well. Pictures of the screened porch are taken in a flattering manner. The porch is extremely small and stacked right on top of other porches. It's not really a secluded spot to hang out but it came in handy when walking out the back straight on to the main drag. Something to be aware of if that's a main point for you. All things considered, good location and good value.

Well appointed with one exception

We found the unit a generally pleasant experience. The location was ideal. All seating and especially the bed were very comfortable. Not quite to our liking was the small shower stall and toilet space. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Overnight Stay

We were looking for a location for a one night stay to break up a trip to the Keweenaw Peninsula. This site was a perfect choice. We utilized the full kitchen, saw a beautiful sunset and slept very well in the king size bed. Early spring is a great time to visit this very popular beach town.

Feels more like a hotel than a condo

Very clean condo, comfy bedroom. Kitchenette was fine for one night. Loved the convenience to shops, restaurants. As opposed to other VRBOs where you communicate with the owner, this was more ‘corporate’. I called with a question about access to the building/condo. Front desk lady was curt in answering my questions, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. We brought our dog so papers to sign and initial upon check-in…I know they have to protect themselves but it does make one feel like it’s better to stay at a privately owned cottage where you don’t have to sign/agree several line items.

Nicely Updated rooms

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in #104 but the pictures don't match the room we actually stayed in. We actually liked the it better than the decor in the pictures for #104. We were told NO earlly check ins, but then they called us before 4:00pm to see if we were coming by and we were wondering town because the details say no check in before 4. The location is conviently located in the downtown area. We only stayed 2 nights, but house keeping never came by our room, even though they told us they would be cominn by, with a fall stay and very few other people staying there, they should have been by ...luckily we had enough towels and things we needed. The enterance from the parking lot had garbage on the ground next to the door that didn't get cleaned up, so they cleaning staff didn't seem to be on top of things. Despite the lack of effort on the part of staff we enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and you get a lot for the cost, kitcken, living/dining room, master bedroom, full bathroom with seperate tub and shower.
