This astonish beautiful house lays on the Tuscan hills few km far away from Pistoia. Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Apuan Alps and tirrenian coasts are within 30 min to 60 min drive to reach. It is the ideal starting point to visit the northern part of Tuscany and at the same time the perfect place where to spend lazy days under the tuscan sun reading a good book on the grass next to the private pool.
The dominant position offers an amazing panoramic view from the house and the garden.
It is really a quite, sonny place but at the same time not far away from every need of daily life: Quarrata a big village where you can find everything, lays only 3 km downhill away.
You will sure take a look for a long time to the picture from the pool at late afternoon just after sundown when the lights in Pistoia slowly switch on. A breathtaking view!
The house is divided into 2 large apartments: “Fabio” and “Giulia”, each one with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The entrances of the 2 apartments are on opposite sides of the house, so the privacy is preserved if the apartments are rented by families not travelling together.

WICHTIGE INFORMATIONEN:
Pool ist vom 1. Mai bis Ende erster Oktober Woche geöffnet. Der Zeitraum kann jedes Jahr leicht variieren je nach Wetterbedingungen.
Heizen: die Heizungskosten sind NICHT INKLUSIVE. Wenn Gäste Heizung benötigen, werden die Heizungskosten nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch gerechnet. Der GPL Preis wird aus der letzten von uns bekommenen Rechnung entnommen. Nach Italienischen Gesetzt ist das Heizen in der Toskana vom 1. November bis erster April Woche gestattet.
