Bed linen + 1 large towel per person included.
No linen change during the stay, regardless of its length.
An extra linen set is available for €15 if needed.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Apartment located on the top floor under the roof: it can get warm in summer (no air conditioning).
3rd floor with no elevator.
Overlooking neighboring buildings from the living room (curtains installed).
Bathtub with a specific layout: may not be suitable for tall guests (see photos).
Pedestrian street not accessible by car.
Please carefully review all photos before booking: they accurately reflect the apartment’s layout and condition.

Place du Capitole within a short walking distance.
Restaurants, shops, and cafés at the foot of the building.

Public transport within walking distance (metro, bus, VélôToulouse bike stations).
PARKING
No parking space included.
Optional parking near Place du Capitole: €17/day subject to availability (about a 5-minute walk).
ACCESS & CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Self check-in via a key lockbox.
Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Assistance available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM via the platform’s messaging system (phone only in case of emergency).

We are a property management and concierge service managing private owners’ apartments. These are not hotels: each apartment has its advantages as well as its constraints (old building, floor level, layout). Our goal is to ensure you book with full awareness. If needed, we remain available to assist you.
