WUNDERSCHÖNES HAUS IN STRANDNÄHE mit privatem beheiztem Pool, WLAN + MEHR

Hi Steve, thank you for staying with us and for the kind comments about the house. As I mentioned during your stay, the internet interruption was due to a temporary Xfinity outage affecting much of the North Port area, which unfortunately is outside of my control. Your stay was two weeks long and the outage occurred only one morning between about 6–8 AM. I also asked that you follow up with me if the service did not return so I could contact the provider again, but I did not receive any additional messages. I’m glad to hear you otherwise enjoyed the property and we would be happy to host you again in the future.

Hi Tracy, Thank you so much for your kind review. I’m so glad you enjoyed our home. I also appreciate your suggestion about books and games. Since your stay, we’ve added both to the home to make it even more enjoyable for future guests. Thank you for the helpful feedback. You were a pleasure to host and would be welcome back anytime.

Hi Eugene, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. I truly appreciate your feedback and am glad to hear you enjoyed the overall stay and the home. I sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns you experienced. That is never the standard we aim to provide. Since your stay, we have implemented stricter oversight with our cleaning team and reinforced detailed checklists to ensure every area of the home is thoroughly inspected before each arrival. Regarding the yellow discoloration you may have noticed, many homes in Southeast Florida, especially those on well water, experience mineral staining due to hard water. When water sits, it can leave a yellow tint on certain surfaces. While this is completely normal and not a hygiene issue, we understand that appearance matters, and we continue to treat and maintain surfaces regularly to minimize any staining. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We are always working to improve and would welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

PLEASE NOTE: RENTER INQUIRED ABOUT RENTING FROM US AGAIN IN 2023. Thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay at my North Port, FL property. I appreciate you taking the time to express your thoughts, although I must say that I found some of your remarks quite surprising. It is unfortunate to hear that you were disappointed with the lawn maintenance upon your arrival. I understand that a well-groomed exterior is important, and I will certainly address this concern with my landscaping team to ensure that they meet the necessary standards moving forward. Regarding the cleanliness of the house, I apologize if it did not meet your expectations. I work with a professional cleaning company, and I regret any oversight on their part. Had you informed me of any cleanliness issues during your stay, I would have been able to take immediate action. I will personally follow up with the cleaning company to ensure that such lapses are not repeated in the future. I apologize if the kitchen utensils and cooking dishes were not up to your standards. I strive to provide a well-equipped kitchen for the convenience of my guests, and I will take your feedback into consideration to make the necessary improvements. In regards to the pool and pest control, I regret any inconvenience you faced. While the pool is scheduled for regular maintenance, it seems that there was a lapse in our communication. I will work with the pool service provider to ensure a more efficient and timely service in the future. I would like to mention that I reached out to you multiple times during your stay to inquire about your satisfaction and address any concerns you might have had. It is unfortunate that you did not communicate these issues to me directly, as I would have been more than willing to address them promptly. Once again, I apologize for any inconveniences you faced during your stay. I will take your feedback into consideration and work towards improving the overall experience for future guests. If there is anything else you would like to discuss or any further feedback you would like to provide, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you for choosing my property, and I hope you have a satisfactory day. Sincerely, Sylwia

Hi Kim, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I truly appreciate you staying with us and am glad to hear you enjoyed the location and overall stay. I sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced regarding communication and the WiFi information. That is never the experience we want for our guests. We always provide both my direct contact information and the on site manager’s phone number prior to and during each stay, so I am very sorry if there was any disconnect in receiving or responding to your messages. Since your visit, we have also added a comprehensive binder in the living room that includes all house instructions, WiFi details, contact numbers, and helpful information about the property to make everything easily accessible in one place. We are continually working to improve the guest experience, and your feedback helped us make that update. Thank you again for your honest review. We truly value constructive feedback and would welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Hi Tanisha, Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to leave a rating. I appreciate you choosing our home for your trip. While I’m glad you stayed with us, I do want to note that during your reservation there were concerns regarding house rules, including the no-pet policy and guest restrictions. As a host, I take these rules seriously to ensure the safety of the property and future guests. I always strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-managed experience, and I remain responsive throughout each stay. I wish you all the best in your future travels.

Hello Heather, I'm surprised to see a one-star review without any explanation. During your stay, you decided to leave early, and I worked with you to provide a full refund, including covering the VRBO service fee out of my own pocket, even though VRBO does not typically refund that amount. I always strive to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly, and I wish you had reached out directly if there was anything more I could have done.
