Hi Steve, thank you for staying with us and for the kind comments about the house. As I mentioned during your stay, the internet interruption was due to a temporary Xfinity outage affecting much of the North Port area, which unfortunately is outside of my control. Your stay was two weeks long and the outage occurred only one morning between about 6–8 AM. I also asked that you follow up with me if the service did not return so I could contact the provider again, but I did not receive any additional messages. I’m glad to hear you otherwise enjoyed the property and we would be happy to host you again in the future.

Regarding the yellow discoloration you may have noticed, many homes in Southeast Florida, especially those on well water, experience mineral staining due to hard water. When water sits, it can leave a yellow tint on certain surfaces. While this is completely normal and not a hygiene issue, we understand that appearance matters, and we continue to treat and maintain surfaces regularly to minimize any staining.
