Casa Roca has 6 bedroom suites consisting of: 1) A private Casita with a king size bed and private bath, located inside the gated and guarded courtyard entrance. 2) An executive apartment with king size bed, private bath, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen counter with sink, located on the second floor, in the main entrance courtyard. 3-4) There are two guest bedrooms suites each located in the pool courtyard and overlooking the infinity pool and each open to the pool area. Each guest bedroom has a king size bed and private shower and dressing area. 5) An executive apartment with king size bed located on the interior of the home near the living room and kitchen. 6) The master bedroom suite is located downstairs of the pool courtyard and has a private patio/balcony with unobstructed views of the pristine, secluded beach and green area. The master bedroom has a desk space in addition to a king bed and private bath.

Casa Roca includes a large family room with internet and cable TV, located adjacent to the chef’s kitchen.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight and includes abundant storage, a large preparation area and it is fully equipped with a gas BBQ Grill and all modern appliances necessary to allow for total ease in cooking.

There is a large patio area located outside the kitchen/family room. The patio is located in the pool courtyard and includes outdoor furniture, an entertainment center, bar, ice maker and outdoor dining tables.

There is an elevated outdoor Cabana/Rancho located at the end of the infinity pool with swim up hot tub. The Cabana is equipped with a refrigerator, large serving table, and outdoor furniture, sink, bar, TV and ice maker. The Cabana overlooks the beach and green area.

All bedrooms as well as the family room and kitchen are fully air conditioned and have ceiling fans, dehumidifiers, TV’s with cable vision and internet service.

Casa Roca has a guarded security entrance to the entry courtyard and secure garage parking for 3 automobiles.

Casa Roca maintains a lush, Tropical environment with tropical plants and trees throughout the extensive landscaping.

A large wooden deck with a designer fire pit is located in the green area between the house and the beach for evening bond fires or star watching.

With over 7,500 square feet of livable area under roof and an expansive front and rear court yard, Casa Roca offers privacy as well as an intimate atmosphere for you and your guest.

Daily maid service, breakfast, laundry service, telephones, and security guards are provided. A stay at Casa Roca also includes complimentary access to the Langosta Beach Club!
