Policies & Important Information
**While the home is fully staffed and comes with all amenities for your comfort, Sundays and Federal Holidays are a well-deserved day off for our team. House staff and breakfast will not be available on this day to ensure they enjoy their rest.
***The best maintenance guy lives on property. He has a small house by the entrance gate. He is there to help with anything that you need but will not enter the house, the pool area, back area, common, beach entrance or any area outside the entrance gate during your stay. These areas are completely private.
**On VRBO, we offer a full cancelation 48 hours after booking. We require a 30% deposit to book and the balance is due 60 days prior. Any cancelations made prior to 60 days before arrival are given a 50% refund of the deposit. Within 60 days, the reservation is non refundable.
