Excellent House!

We had a great weekend at this property. The pool was huge, hot tub was at perfect temperature, kitchen had everything, beds were super comfortable, and plenty of room for our party. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

We stayed at this home while in Vero Beach for a baseball tournament at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex, which was conveniently just 12 minutes away. The beach was also a quick 15-minute drive, and all the stores and essentials were within 10 minutes. The location was perfect, and the home had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

Great house near shooting club

We have stayed in this house for a sporting clays tournament two years in a row. Beautiful, well-equipped home that has ample room for 4-5 couples. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Superb Property!

This property is amazing and is a breathtaking get away. From the horses to the house, it is one of a kind. The host is wonderful and you'll find that the house is well appointed, clean, and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are a huge added benefit. Fabulous house in a beautiful location

5 couples (one with a small child) stayed in this house for a week. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as nice-sized living and dining areas to congregate. The kitchen was well-equipped and it was easy to cook at home most evenings. The owner was prompt to respond to the small issue we had and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back the next time we are in Vero Beach.

Family trip

We just wrapped up our 5-night stay with our group that included two families and five kids that are 5 years and younger. This gated property is really amazing and has lots to offer between the pool/spa, big renovated house with open floor plan, plenty of bedrooms, and picturesque meadow views. We split our time hanging at the house and the beach (15-20 min) and really enjoyed the sunsets watching the horses graze. The host was very responsive and attuned to our needs. Great spot!

We distinctly got the impression that they don’t rent out this house very often. The shaded area of the pool deck was covered in bird droppings and the windows were obviously unclean. The lack of an instruction manual for the features of the home was a strong hint, as the climate control, dishwasher, oven and televisions clearly needed them. We also had to ask for the WiFi password, which is unusual.The host was quite accommodating during the booking process and the early part of our stay. We were taken aback by the sudden change in tone from our host when we brought up the fact that the home were not being heated and had become quite cold (low 60’s). There was going to be a cold snap coming over Florida so we were concerned.A handyman came out and seemed to think that everything was working, but only checked the thermostat. The attic stairs were down and we went up to see if there appeared to be anything wrong with the hvac system. We took pictures of the control panel and asked the host if everything seemed okay. Instead they complained to VRBO that we did something inappropriate (pictures were not posted publicly).From that point onwards there was no communication except to tell us that we were free to leave and take a refund for the unused days. That was not an option for us.This was very disappointing. The farm was quite attractive, the pool area(when warm) is gorgeous and there is plenty of room for a large family gathering. We won't be returning.

Great house

Great house and worked splendidly for family cost for a wedding. Some of bedrooms don’t have closets but house was very well stocked. Had trouble finding some of lights. A clear instruction sheet would be helpful. Would certainly rent again. If you are expecting beach just know you are at least 15 minutes away. Very private and beautiful grounds.

We would book this again. The house was very clean and spacious. The property manager was punctual when needed. The location, although inland, was close to the beaches. If you desire a unique property away from the noise, then I recommend this. The outdoor space was beyond expectations. The sunrises and sunsets were remarkable. The pool/hot tub area accommodated our large party of 8. Plenty of parking for rental vehicles. r

Absolutely amazing!

This property was above and beyond expectations in every possible way. The host was very responsive, funny and super friendly. This was a family gathering for Father's Day weekend and could not have been more perfect. From chilling in the beautiful pool, having a movie night in the theater room, gathering in any one of the sitting rooms or even around that gorgeous island in the kitchen to the horseback riding or even just wandering the property taking in the views. ALL of it was everything we needed it to be and then some. You wouldn't even know there were horses there if you didn't see them because somehow they keep things so clean you smell NOTHING! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with friends and/or family in a beautiful house, this is the spot. We definitely hope to get back again!

Palatial, Private & Bucolic

This property, located on an equestrian estate, is for the family looking to get away from it all, yet 15-20 minutes to everything. Not just can I tout the magnificent and immense interior of this home, the brand new HUGE pool/hot tub is incredible! Unfortunately for us, the weather was not cooperative and we were only able to use the hot tub, of which our adult boys and their friends thoroughly took advantage. One of the highlights of our 2 lovely weeks was being able to throw a family Super Bowl party in the media room! To sum up, we loved the home, the outdoor space, the roominess which provided separate, private spaces... all appreciated and enjoyed. I would be remiss if I didn't mention, Jenna, the property owner and manger. She is not just responsive, she is kind and beautiful inside and out.

Family birthday

Our extended family went down to Florida to celebrate my dad‘s 95th birthday. This could not have been a better arrangement. The house and property are absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms are spread out so everybody had privacy. My 12-year-old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed a horseback riding lesson and watching the horses out in their paddocks was a favorite for everyone. The pool was awesome! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much!

Beautiful house. Beautiful setting.

Really beautiful, quiet property. Loved the setting on a horse farm. Everything was exactly as depicted. Perfectly clean when we arrived. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Lots of sitting areas and bedrooms in 3 separate wings for lots of privacy/quiet. We all loved the pool… with a shallow end for little people…and a fun bar area in the pool for big people. Owner was very attentive and thoughtful. The only complaint is that we could never get the hot tub to heat up. Otherwise, a perfect experience! Our family loved it and would like to come back.

Wow and Wonderful!

There are not enough positive adjectives to describe this spot! It’s a wonderful, elegant, comfortable, and inviting oasis. The owner was incredibly helpful from the original booking until after we left. The home and property is beautifully planned and designed. We all loved the pool area and my niece was able to have a few horse riding lessons which she thought was fantastic! It’s a great location where every detail is well thought out, and we all hope to return again and stay longer.

What an amazing property. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed with our whole family. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The horses make the entire property magical. Kids even got to enjoy a morning riding. Jenna was the most responsive host we have had before and during our stay. Highly recommend and we will be back!
