Welcome to your ideal family retreat! Our residence is thoughtfully designed to accommodate your loved ones comfortably. On the main floor, you'll find two master bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom, along with a spacious bedroom featuring a queen bed and a shared bathroom.

Venture to the top floor, where another queen bedroom with a shared bathroom awaits. Additionally, there's a generously sized room boasting a king-size bed and two single beds with trundles hidden beneath, making it perfect for a family!

We happily welcome well-groomed small and medium-sized pets with pre-approval, requiring a nonrefundable pet deposit for their stay.

For those who need to mix work and leisure, our home offers both an office and a separate day room, providing ample space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time together. Your family's perfect getaway awaits!

Experience the beauty of a 20x40-foot pool with a built-in spa and the most spectacular views of our sprawling Royal Palm Groves.

Full access to all 10 acres. There is a 1-acre pond, a gorgeous 20x40 pool with a spa that holds 8!

Self Check-in, our property manager is within minutes and can respond if there are any issues. Please reach out to us via platform message or text if issues arise.

Medium/small dogs are allowed with pre-approval from the owner. 100.00 nonrefundable pet fee required. Maximum of 2 pets

No smoking or vaping on the property. No smoking in the house, near any doors or windows, around, or in the pool. If we find cigarette butts you are subject to a 150.00 Fine.

Do not move the furniture. It scratches the floor very easily. If there are new scratches you will be charged a fee to fix it. We take pictures before each new guests.


There are no events or parties allowed.

Quiet hours are regulated by Indian River County and are from 10pm to 7 am 7 days a week.
Please do not move the furniture, out floors are very soft and scratch easily.
Please keep food in the kitchen areas and do not let children eat on the couches or take food upstairs.
Please keep doors closed, this will keep us bug-free!
Do not let pets on any furniture!
