Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in the village of Tour-de-Faure, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has a floor area of 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 800 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hob…
- Sleeping area 1: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Sleeping area 2: accessible from sleeping area 1, comprising a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A lovely 800 m² garden (not fenced)
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- An 8x4 m² swimming pool, unheated and shared (priority given to guests), open from May to September

The house is ideally situated in Tour-de-Faure, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

- Nearest railway station: Cahors, approximately 32 km away (38 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: Brive-Vallée, approximately 87 km away (1 hour 15 minutes by car)
