The Space:

Welcome to Helene Haus, a beautifully renovated Fredericksburg vacation rental just minutes from Main Street. This spacious retreat features a heated pool, a 10-person hot tub, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation, fun, and unforgettable memories.



Set on a peaceful property surrounded by mature oak trees, Helene Haus offers the perfect balance — a private oasis that’s still close to all the local wineries, shops, and restaurants downtown.



"Helene Haus was perfect for our girls trip of seven people. The house was ideally situated within walking distance to Main St. in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with plenty of private parking. The pool and hot tub are the jewels of the property and the furnishings are well appointed and comfortable - especially the abundance of King/Queen beds for the space. Kitchen is large and open — perfect for cooking meals for a group. Love that the bar and coffee station were in a room just off the kitchen so it kept traffic flow free and easy and kitchen countertops clutter free! The cork wall was a nice touch and a fun photo spot for guests."

• No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside).

Security: For your safety, there’s a front-facing security camera. Please do not tamper with or disconnect it.

Guest Access:

The entire house, huge yard, back yard, private driveway with tons of parking. We have a small back house with garage that is currently not available for guests..



The Neighborhood:

This is a nice and quiet neighborhood with a ton of charm. Its peaceful and quiet with tons of large trees and houses of different style and character. Enjoy a walk or a jog around the area in between wine tours and walks along Main Street..



Getting Around:

Austin Street, which is connected to the street we are on, runs parallel to Main and is an easy back way to go along the downtown drag without the traffic. You are close enough to walk downtown if you prefer, but its a simple 2 minute drive to everything in the middle of town. Uber and lyft operate in town and there are several outfitters for wine tours, etc that provide transportation as well which will come to you in the manual after booking..



Interaction with Guests:

We provide very consise communication leading up to the stay with digital manuals and information, as well as a "one sheet" of basic instructions and preferred methods of contact once you are in the property. After booking, the best way to communicate with us is through the Airbnb Platform messaging function..
