Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers in Courseulles-sur-Mer, just 100 meters from the beach, we offer this charming 53 m² studio for rent. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), it comprises a pretty living room with sleeping area, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, access to an east-facing 6 m² loggia with table and chairs and a view of the marina.
- The studio is traversing, with a sleeping area separated from the living room by a curtain. It features a double sofa and access to a second 6 m² loggia, facing west, with recliners.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, gas hob...
- Bathroom with bath and washbasin
- Separate WC

The studio is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, west of the Seulle, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Thanks to the loggia in the bedroom, you can enjoy magnificent sunsets.
What's more, just a few steps away, you'll have access to all the essential stores as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Stroll along the beach
- Visit the Juno Beach Museum
- Discover Omaha Beach and the American cemetery (35 min. drive)
- Explore Arromanches, with its artificial harbour and museum (20 min. drive).
- A movie at Courseulles
- La Semaine Acadienne (second week of August)

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the parking lot in front of the sailing school or in front of the residence (out of season).

- Nearest train station: Caen, approx. 26 km away (30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 28 km (34 min by car)
- A bus stop is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
