In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, the gîte "Gab & Lou" is located in the heart of the Coteaux de Glanes vineyards, the smallest commune of the Lot department. An old barn carefully restored with a combination of freestone, wood, granite and contemporary materials, opening onto the terrace and the park, without forgetting its petanque ground. The gîte " Gab & Lou " is the ideal place to spend a good holiday. Near Rocamadour, Padirac...at the crossroads of the most beautiful villages of France: Carennac, Martel, Collonges-la-Rouge... During your stay the owners will offer you a visit of the cellar of the Vignerons du Haut Quercy, as well as the discovery of their wines through a tasting.On the same level: The gîte consists of a large living room (sofa, armchairs, flat screen) opening onto the park through its large bay windows, a dining area and a large kitchen area with a central island, its built-in elements and all the necessary equipment for good meals. On both sides of the living room, you will find 2 sleeping areas: 1 corner composed of a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet. The other corner is composed of a bedroom with 1 bed 160, a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with 2 beds 90 with a small living room (tv + armchairs) and a bathroom PMR (for safety standards this place is not equipped with electrical outlets or heating). Air conditioning, WIFI. The exteriors are under construction on 20/02/2019 and will be completed by spring 2019. Terrace, car park and enclosed grounds.
