Situated on the 4th floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 38m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Place de la Nation and Place de la Bastille.

Please note that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, which can be noisy at times. Please also note that there is no air conditioning in the apartment.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The spacious living room features a convertible sofa bed and a modern TV for your relaxation.

The dining area includes a table that can seat up to four people, which is ideal for sharing friendly meals. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious meals, such as a stove and a microwave. The apartment also has ironing equipment for your needs.

The bedroom offers a double bed (140 x 200) with high-quality hotel linens and a closet for convenient storage. You'll feel right at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet.

You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and is also equipped with a smoke detector for your safety.

Disclaimer: Following a water damage incident, some areas of paint in the living room are chipped. However, this will not affect your comfort during the stay.

The Charonne neighbourhood is known for its village-like atmosphere and authentic charm. Discover its quaint cobblestone streets lined with traditional cafés, artisanal shops, and lively bistros. Explore the Church of Saint-Germain-de-Charonne, a 12th-century architectural gem, and take a walk through the Parc de Belleville for panoramic views of Paris. Charonne offers a unique and picturesque experience away from the usual tourist spots.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Faidherbe - Chaligny (line 8), is just a 2-minute walk.

Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
