ROSE Vacances offers you this charming tastefully renovated studio, on the 2nd floor of a residence without a lift, in the heart of Angers city centre.

Capacity: up to 2 people.



🌟 The accommodation comprises:

• Bright living room with double sofa bed, a desk and a TV.

• Equipped kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, electric hob and coffee maker (NESPRESSO).

• Bathroom: shower cubicle, vanity unit with storage, hairdryer and WC



🚗 Parking: you can park your vehicle in the streets around the area or in the paid car park at Place Imbach. (2 minutes on foot).

🚗 Free parking: Rochefoucault car park (20 minutes on foot).



📍 Location:

– 2 minutes' walk from the main market in the town centre.

– 3 minutes' walk from Place du Ralliement.

– 5 minutes' walk from Halles Biltoki market.

⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
