Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 90 mÂČ air-conditioned house with sea and mountain views and direct access to the beach for rent in Canale-di-Verde. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a 40 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 mÂČ garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 40 mÂČ living room with double sofa bed, armchairs, TV and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140Ă190) with direct access to the garden
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) with desk and access to a 15mÂČ terrace overlooking the sea and mountains.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 200 mÂČ garden with sea views and fenced in with a gate giving direct access to the beach.
- A 60 mÂČ terrace facing east with a table and six chairs, barbecue and sun loungers.
The house is ideally located in Canale-di-Verde, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Recommendations: Straboni (bakery), La Plage, Le Bacchus, U Casone (restaurants)
- Castagniccia is an agricultural region, focusing on gastronomy (charcuterie and Corsican dishes). It is famous for its magnificent hilltop villages and chestnut forests.
- You can cycle to these famous villages by road, and mountain bike routes have been mapped out nearby.
- There are rivers for swimming and canyoning.
- Scuba diving is available at the Campoloro marina or at the nearby Tropica or Corsicana campsites, as are snorkelling, paddle boarding, jet ski hire and boat hire at the marina.
- Donkey rides and hiking in general are also available.
- The famous Mare a Mare trail is nearby.
- The villages, small chapels and churches of the region are a must, as are polyphony concerts.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park free of charge in the car park at the entrance to the development reserved for house owners. The car park is 50 metres from the accommodation.
