We would like to clarify that the home, pool, and backyard were professionally cleaned the day prior to your arrival. Palm Springs is currently experiencing a windy season, which can unfortunately cause outdoor areas, including pools, to accumulate debris quickly. That said, we acted promptly and sent a crew as soon as they were available to address the issue. Regarding the ants, this is not something we have experienced with previous guests. It’s possible that food left out may have attracted them, but regardless, we took care of the situation immediately the same day to ensure your comfort. As for the comments about deep cleaning and kitchen supplies, we take great pride in maintaining a high standard. We have not received similar concerns from other guests, in fact, our reviews consistently reflect that the property is clean and the kitchen is well stocked.
