NOISE: Sound carries very well in the high desert, and as part of our commitment to being good neighbors and to San Bernardino County ordinances, quiet hours are from 9PM-7AM. Any reported noise disturbances to the county will be subject to fines that the guest must pay.

GUESTS: No guests beyond those included in the reservation are allowed on the property without prior permission.

POOL: Any guests using the pool agrees to do so at their own risk. Pool cleaning and maintenance on Mondays and Thursdays, and is mandatory.

POOL HEATING:
We offer pool heating from October to May
*October - December: $200 fee for first day, and $100 fee per day for additional days
*January - February: $300 fee for first day, and $150 fee per day for additional days
*March - May: $200 fee for first day, and $100 fee per day for additional days
*Pool will be heated to 85 degress from 9am-5pm daily
*48 hours notice needed for pool heating for your stay
*Spa heating is complimentary year round

Please note: the pool and spa cannot heat at the same time

FIRES: The high desert is a high risk wildfire area. There will be times where the outdoor chiminea will not be allowed for use if fire risk is too high, and that will be communicated upon arrival.

LOCATION: We are in the hills, and you must drive on two short dirt roads to get to us. The roads are maintained and an SUV is not mandatory, but just a heads up!
