​​​​​​​This private, sun-filled villa features FIVE bedrooms with SIX beds, FOUR bathrooms and accommodations for up to TEN guests.

Furnished in a relaxed, colorful Mid-Century Modern style, your home-away-from-home offers plenty of natural lighting, a relaxing mountain view and lots of room for living, working and playing -- including two desks for at-home work and super-fast wi-fi throughout the house.

The master bath includes a large, new spa-bath with a walk-in shower, soak tub and double sinks. A generous-sized kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances overlooks the pool and comes completely equipped for cooking and dining.

Enjoy your morning breakfast and evening meals in the spacious dining area. Spend your afternoons in the large, sun-dappled pool and your evenings in the heated whirlpool spa.

Linens, towels and ample kitchenware are available for your stay. Enjoy cable television, access to streaming channels, central air conditioning, a gas grill, and off-street parking for four vehicles. This home also features a handy washer/dryer set and ceiling fans throughout for gentle cooling.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

​​​​​​​For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

DOG FEES (up to 2 dogs/stay):
Be sure to notate the number of dogs you are bringing before confirming you reservations. Pricing will automatically adjust to include the $89/dog/stay.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
