The Space
Filled with natural light and styled in colorful Mid-Century Modern design, this spacious home offers stunning mountain views and a flexible layout ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The open living and dining areas provide plenty of room for group gatherings, shared meals, or quiet evenings indoors with cable TV and streaming access.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and ample prep space, making it easy to cook for a crowd. Dual-zoned central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the home ensure comfort year-round, while off-street parking accommodates up to five vehicles.

Primary Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite spa bath with soaking tub & walk-in shower
Primary Bedroom 2: King bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo

Outdoor Living
Step outside to your private backyard retreat featuring a sun-drenched pool, heated 10-person spa, and multiple lounging and dining areas. Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table seating up to 10, relax beneath umbrellas, fire up the gas grill, or challenge your group to a regulation cornhole game in the side yard. This outdoor space is designed for both daytime fun and relaxing desert evenings.
Pool
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay.
Pool Heat Rates (per night):
• November–March: $75
• April, May, October: $50
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before arrival at no extra charge.
Hot Tub
Relax in the large private hot tub, easily heated using a convenient remote control. The hot tub is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but there is no additional charge to use it — even if pool heat is not selected. Simply turn it on whenever you're ready to unwind.
Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750 per month utility surcharge will apply to help offset increased cooling costs during the summer months.
This surcharge is not included at booking and will be requested prior to arrival.
Dog-Friendly Stays
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval (maximum of two dogs).
• Stays of 2–20 nights: $89 per dog, per stay
• Stays of 21 nights or more: $199 per dog, per stay
Guests are asked to promptly clean up after pets. Excessive pet damage may result in additional charges. Pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee.
Please note: This home is not feline-friendly.
