We have hosted over 900 nights with consistently high ratings from multiple platforms, averaging 5 stars from guests. However, we take full responsibility when we fall short and sincerely apologize for not meeting expectations in this case. Guest satisfaction is our top priority as hosts. We are sorry that we missed the mark for Megan. While we cannot guarantee perfection 100% of the time, we always strive to provide a comfortable stay. We take pride in the consistent feedback we've received from past guests about the property’s quality, privacy, beautiful views, prime location, cleanliness, and overall vacation experience. We only heard from Megan once during her stay regarding turning off lights, and addressed what we could in our power immediately. Regarding the road noise, it is clearly listed as one of the cons in our listing. While most of our guests have not found it to be an issue, we understand that everyone has different sensitivities to noise. We strive to be transparent about this in the listing. Regarding the armoire, we are unsure how it could have fallen over, as it is a solid wood piece that required three adultsnto carry upstairs. Megan did not mention the broken armoire door during her stay or after checkout. However, our cleaners found it moved from its original spot, with the door completely detached and ripped from the hinge. We only withdrew deposit the amount our handyman charged us and sent the actual invoice for reference.
