We had the best spring break experience!

We arrived at the Staylah Luxe Barndominium and were completely flabbergasted at the beautiful decor inside and out. Stayed four days with our older kids and grandkids and no one was ever bored. The kids went fishing right outside on the deck in the pond, played basketball, mini golf, pickleball, bowling, video games, pool, swam… all in such beautiful surroundings! We also were able to fix meals in a well-stocked kitchen. We’ll be back!

This property has everything you'll need for a stay with family and friends. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room, and several bonuses that all will enjoy. The kitchen has every utensil you'll need. The location is central to everything in the area, and easy to get to. The property owners have done a great job in thinking through what you might need, and having it there ready for you.

Traveled to TN for spring break, and this house had something for everyone- hot tub/pool, arcade, pool table, gaming room, movie theater, bowling alley, large social space. Wears Valley area is far enough from downtown Pigeon Forge for a true mountain vacation experience feel, but still a 20 minute drive for downtown tourist fun. Kids and adults alike both enjoyed ALL the amenities- could spend days just playing and utilizing recreation area. Unlike some other TN properties we’ve stayed at before on cliffs or small lots, the yard space is large and open. Cleanliness- 10/10. Well designed spaces. We had a minor glitch with the bowling alley, and the property manager was prompt to respond and resolve. 15 minute drive to Great Smokey Mountains. A stop by Mountain Brothers General Store and fried pies shop just down the street is well worth a stop. Would love to stay here again!!

The pool was amazing! Easy to heat the spa and so nice to be attached to the main house. Very accessible for kids to be nearby swimming. The pool table was in beautiful shape with good, pool sticks. The theatre room was cozy and comfortable with little tables between each seating for drinks or snacks. The hideaway and nook areas were so fun for the children. Very fun house design. The bowling alley was a blast, although we didn't find out until arrival that one lane wasn't working. It was very enjoyable and there was continual rotation of playing on throughout the stay. The grounds were lovely and the community pickleball court was in good shape as was the mini-golf which actually had golf clubs and balls self-serve. The view was amazing and the little pond right outside the house added a serene feel.

Great place

A party of eight was able to stay here and it was comfortable. Spacious and plenty to do from duckpin bowling to billiards to fishing to just relaxing in the pool. The property was clean and well maintained and the one small issue we encountered was resolved promptly by Michelle, who is awesome. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Better than the Pictures

Place was exactly as seen in the pictures and described in the listing - if not better. No issues with check in or during our stay, but the manager did email us during our stay and provided means to comminicate if needed. Overall, a great stay and we are thinking about coming back again next year.

Best cabin ever

This was the perfect cabin for our family. Loved the theater, pool, jacuzzi, and bowling. It was nice that all of the rooms had king size beds so everyone was comfortable. We had an error with the bowling alley and someone came right out to fix it. Customer service, home, cleanliness, and amenities get 5 stars from my entire family. We can’t wait to return next year and hopefully stay at the same house.

Amazingly Relaxing!

We had an amazing time! The facilities were beautiful and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Even with a group of 11 people it wasn’t crowded or cramped. Loved bowling and swimming. Used the awesome round dining table to play tons of games. Thank you for a blessed experience! We will be back!

Family Time & Ball games

Grandson had a baseball tournament @ the Ripken Experience so we chose to stay in a cabin vs hotel. What a great choice we made!! There were 7 of us....4 adults, 3 kids (5, 9, 12). We thoroughly enjoyed the bowling, fishing, theater room, outside spaces & the general cabin itself. It is a wonderful cabin for a family with children. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

Perfect getaway

We rent a cabin every year for our boys birthday celebration with our immediate family. We truly had so much fun we have all age ranges and the layout makes it where we all could be together without being crowded but always had fun. The host answered almost immediately to all my questions and were great. We got to fish, play outside and have so much fun. Also since the jacuzzi is inside and not outside we all were able to use it while the kids had fun in the pool.

So beautiful

House is beautiful with lots of fun activities to do. Pond is stocked with some catfish and bluegill. Fire pit and indoor fireplace were both relaxing. Mountain views were breathtaking. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but struggled to get the timing right. One room has a backwards bathtub- so it is good to give littles a bath, but not for lounging back in. Overall, a great place to stay.

Everything from the bedrooms to all the gaming rooms and the pool/jacuzzi were SO TERRIFIC!

We had five adults & 4 boys ages 8-16. They didn’t want to leave to go anywhere else. Our youngest grandson wanted “to buy a place like this and just live here”! We truly loved every spacious thing!! We fished, swam in the pool, had a bowling tournament, played pool , enjoyed read & crocheting in front of the fire, and wathed movies in the theater room! Would highly recommend!
