Bedroom Layout:

∙ Main Floor: Bedroom 1 with a queen memory foam mattress and a nearby bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a king bed with a bathroom close by.
∙ Second Floor: An open loft-style room with one king bed and two full-sized mattresses, with an attached bathroom.
∙ Lower Floor: One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Please note, there is no bathroom on this floor.

Every year, thousands of people travel to East Tennessee to witness the tree's spectacular transition from verdant green to vibrant red, orange, and yellow. This beautiful transformation is known as Fall Foliage, and it covers the entire region with a blanket of color. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a relatively comprehensive manual which includes house rules, things to do around town, check in-instructions, emergency contact information, and other general info such as what essential toiletries we provide

We are always available to answer any questions, help prepare for your trip, assist with any special requests you may have, and for local tips/attractions, but our level of interaction is up to you. A prompt response is always appreciated by our guests so please reach out. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

We have neighboring homes about 500 feet away, they are very nice so please be respectful of the neighbors and their property and try to keep the outdoor noise down from 10 PM - 8 AM.

Off street wraparound private drive way can park up to 5 large cars and easily fit an RV. Please do not block drive way.

Area is secluded and a car is needed to get around. We recommend you download an offline map as service can get spotty in certain areas

Guests must be 25 or older to book.

Property is deemed acceptable 30 minutes after check in. We remedy any issue that may arise during your stay in a timely manner. Owners or their agents will access the property if deemed necessary and such access cannot be denied.

* Potential for Noise: The cabin is located near a road, so some traffic noise may be audible.
* Layout Notes: The second-floor bedroom is an open loft without a door and may take longer to cool in warmer months. The lower floor bedroom does not have a bathroom on the same level.
* Wildlife: You are in Bear Country! You may encounter wildlife and harmless critters like bugs or rodents. We perform routine pest control, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed to help keep them outside.
* Child Safety: Baby gates are provided for your convenience, but their use is at your discretion. The safety of all children is the responsibility of the guests.
* Equipment & Utilities: All equipment is expected to be in working order. Please report any issues immediately. While we act quickly to resolve problems, we cannot offer refunds for mechanical failures or for outages of power, internet, or other utilities beyond our control.
* Cancellations & Refunds: We do not offer refunds for trip interruptions or cancellations for any reason, including weather. We strongly advise purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
