• Adjacent dining area with built-in banquette—seats up to 8 guests

• Optional trip insurance is available through Rental Guardian—we recommend it, especially during hurricane season (June–November)
• Check-In 4:00 p.m. / Check-Out 10:00 a.m.
• 50% of Total Balance Due at Booking; Final Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival
• If you are Booking within 30 days of your arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking
• Family-friendly (No parties or events allowed)
• Strict City-enforced Noise Ordinance – violations may result in fines
• No smoking

Optional Fees
• Early Check-in $50/hour / Late Check-out $25/hour (subject to availability)
• Pet Fees - $150 non-refundable per dog (Maximum 2 Dogs – NO CATS) Plus $1,000 refundable deposit after satisfactory post-stay inspection
