My husband and I stayed here previously and on our second trip to Charleston, we knew we wanted to stay here again. The house was as lovely as we remembered - clean, comfortable, spacious…and the pool!! The location is great, too, and allowed us to walk to a lot of great restaurants.

The host communicated with us throughout the booking process and during our stay and was incredibly helpful with any questions we had. They even reached out ahead of time to ask how we wanted the beds arranged and offered to separate them into twins, which was perfect for my bachelorette party! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The beds were excellent. We had everything we needed. I would recommend this house and stay there again. The street parking pass was a nice addition.

The house was nearly perfect for us. It was very well maintained and very clean. It’s in a great neighborhood that’s close to everything. The two huge porches were perfect for hanging out with coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. It was only nearly perfect because the pool was freezing cold and we really couldn’t enjoy it as we would have liked. We did contact the host to turn the pool heater on but they stated that the pool tech came out and they found out the igniter was broken and unable to be fixed during our stay. That was a disappointment since the pool was a big draw for us. Overall the house was great and the host was responsive.

Beautiful home for a Charleston vacation. While we have been to Charleston many times, it has always been a hotel experience. Staying in this home made us feel like we were truly enjoying the neighborhood experience as if we were living in Charleston. Perfect location to walk to numerous restaurants and shops. We enjoyed both porches with our early morning coffee as well as way into the night. The pool and side yard was an added bonus. We look forward to returning again.

Overall this property is an excellent location. Very walkable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool and piazzas are very nice and private for outdoor lounging. I would recommend bringing bug spray and citronella candles with you. We had to purchase them during our stay. The mosquitoes are constantly swarming. We did let the hosts know. We are from the south and have lived in the area, so we get it but the bugs were still pretty bad considering. I’d suggest the property be sprayed regularly with a service. The house has character and charm. Linens and rooms felt decently clean. The house is much brighter in the listing photos. At times it felt dark inside and there isn’t much overhead lighting and the ceiling light didn’t work in the living room. The living room also has an awkward setup that feels like a doctor’s office lobby with so many chairs. It isn’t the most comfortable for lounging. The floors are old with character which I appreciate but could use a good sanding and resealing - they felt dirty. Overall decent value for the money but the house could use a freshening up - felt a bit worn down. I would stay again if I didn’t want to spend as much on a rental.

Everything about our stay was just perfect. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean - spotless honestly! Communication was proactive and thoughtful, providing us with all details needed for our entire stay. Taking a dip in the pool was so refreshing and the outdoor spaces were great for relaxing. The area is extremely walkable with great food options only steps away. Would recommend again and again!

It was a great space for us! We enjoyed being able to sit out by the pool. The downstairs porch was great to get everyone together for dinner as well as morning coffees on the upstairs porch. The bedrooms were super spacious and the bathrooms were so clean!
